I have talked to several representatives from here for an upcoming surgery. Today it was a woman who’s name is Crystal. She was very cold, disrespectful and demeaning. I will consider the idea of dismissing service and seeking other alternatives.

My son had shoulder surgery last Wednesday. The nurses were friendly but the doctor never talked to us before or after surgery. He did not even say if the surgery went well.The post op care was never explained to us in detail. Worst still, they misplaced his discharge papers and he had to stay there waiting for 2 hours to go home. This was a very traumatic experience for my son this being his first surgery. I am disappointed and would caution you before going to this place.

So the doctors and nurses were amazing. They explained everything to me in a way I would understand. My son had dental surgery there two weeks ago. He's 4 and I don't know who's more traumatized from being put under... Him or me lolEverything went smoothly and my little man only had to get one extraction instead of two and 8 caps!!They called me later on that day once we were done to do a welfare check to make sure he was resting and healing up. All in all definitely a good day. Now here's to never having to go back for surgery again !Here's my boy showing off his iron man teeth

Dentist and dental assistants were very friendly. Receptionist was rude to me and my 5 year old, and noticed her being more pleasant with other patients. Not sure why because I was just as friendly and polite. Hmmm!! Other then the receptionist this is a very friendly helpful professional place.

We had our 5yr old son's dental surgery there. I understand that we are one of many, and they do this every day...but to us parents and the kids this is a once in a lifetime (hopefully) experience..the dentist was kind and informative however the nurses were a bit cold. From the time my son woke up kicking and screaming to the time we were ushered out maybe 10 minutes have passed. Also the children are all close by and everyone is screaming... which not only scares them going in but also scares them as they try to recover .I hope he never needs any more work done but if he does, we won't be back.All in all this was a traumatic experience for us both and it felt factory style.. in 'n' out.

Horrible experience from start to finish. We were told one time and the clinic had a different time completely. No one called to let us know there was a change in time - not just a few minutes rather over 60 minutes. They did no inform us properly of anything. Go elsewhere.

My child got dental surgery here last march 2022. While it was fast and straight forward. From the $$ amount we paid off pocket you would think they will do best but after the surgery we have to come back at the gateway location because the metal crown is sharp and has to be polished off. Fast forward today and he got a check up from his local dentist and found out that there are some left over tooth from his tooth extraction here that will need to get removed. They are okay but it is always nice to double check before leaving a job done.

My child had dental work here. The staff was mostly great the procedure went well. I was not expecting to have to wake my child up and drag them off the bed and out the door. The nurse was really urging us to get out the door before my child was even awake. I think it would have been a lot more pleasant if there was more time in recovery. I know they move through patients pretty quick but maybe less is more. I was pleasantly surprised after getting a follow up call post surgery to check on my child.

ASC and staff are amazing. Reasons are as follows:1. Easily accessible - unlike a hospital it’s free parking and located on major routes. It’s not a maze to get to or to locate within the building.2. Clean. The facility is extremely clean, as it should be. Walking into the waiting room, patient rooms, and surgical suites is comforting knowing the extent of cleanliness that is attained.3. Staff. Nurses and front staff are friendly and genuinely care. You are not a number, but a human. Happy nurses, in my opinion, mean a good workplace where they are respected. They are also understanding of your ridiculous behaviour coming out of anaesthesia.4. Recovery. Very attentive staff during the recovery process. You are not left to sit alone. I started feeling what I thought was chest pain after surgery and they investigated with an ECG.Today was my second visit to the ASC, and both times they exceeded expectations. If you are ever nervous about attending this private surgical suite, there is no need. You are in good hands!Nurses, doctors and support staff who genuinely care.
