The ARNI team were absolutely fantastic - quick to respond, clear communication and expectations set. They showed up when they said, performed the (difficult) task of moving my new washer and dryer down a steep flight of stairs into my basement. They were also able to disassemble the old washer and dryer and remove it. I can’t recommend them enough.

I had an issue with my fridge mainly with the freezer. I had use another company in the past who came and told me they had fixed the issue. Fast forward , I found Arni and was able to get in touch with them very quickly and had someone come next day. Pasha came and explained what the issue was. Showed me tips and tricks on how to ensure this doesn’t happen again. He was knowledgeable and was able to explain it to me so I understood the problem I was having. He took care of the problem and I would highly recommend them to anyone having similar issues. Customer service was AMAZING from end to end. Thank you!!

I found Arni through Home Stars and had a great experience. Evgeny was our technician to install a Bosch dishwasher. He was knowledgeable, personable and positive throughout the entire complicated install! His expertise flagged issues with our water lines which we had repaired separately. Overall, we had a positive experience and now enjoying our new dishwasher!

Price and service were both excellent. Very quick to respond with an initial quote and with regular updates on timing and delivery of the needed part. The part was delayed for several months by the manufacturer but the technician kept me up to date throughout. When the part arrived, he came to install it the very next day and was in and out in no time. Very customer oriented and professional service.
