Terrible experience dealing with the team. Unreliable and unprofessional.Norman has time to respond to google reviews (which is so generic) but not to emails on behalf of his clients. I would never choose them to represent me even if I was the homeowner. On serval occasions, the landlord has to be involved herself because Normans agents do not take any ownership. He needs to train his agents and run his brokerage as a professional.
