Rainbow Car Wash and Laundromat

I have been going to this car wash for many years. I went in and bought 4 tokens, went and used the first, no problem. Tried the second and it fell through the machine. I took it back and she said they don't give out bad tokens and would not give me a different token. She said I must have went to a different car wash. I explained to her that rainbow was the only hand car wash I have been to in more than 20 years. I know it's only $2 but to tell me to my face I was lying is ridiculous. She phoned her boss and he approved the exchange but said they would not do it again. The customer in-line behind had the same problem, hope he had better customer service than I had. Very disappointing!

The woman who runs the laundromat is absolutely terrible to deal with. She's extremely rude and heaven forbid you ask her for any assistance. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you do not want to help people with the machines or laundry, working at a laundromat is probably not the right career choice.

I have loved and used this car wash for years! Always been happy with the cost and amount of time per cycle. Today changed that. I understood increasing the price, but don't understand having to use tokens instead of toonies. I used to wash and rinse my car for $3, then I had to use 2 toonies, so cost was $4. Today, I BARELY washed and rinsed for $4. And I have a small car, Chevy Trax. So cycle per $2 is less.Not happy. Can't go faster than what I already do.

Drying area for two cars need to be eliminated. Extremely tight to swing in and out of last 3-4 bays before exit door. Like to know how many MPI claims this has created. $2 Tokens are ok, but washing time hasn't increased much compared to what time you got previously from $1.

Basic car wash and coin laundromat. Good selection of commercial size washers if you need to wash large single items.Car wash is excellent actually. The spray washers are operated by tokens instead of 1 or 2 dollar coins. This is annoying. However, the hot rinse spray washes away all your troubles.Recommend this car wash.

I used the car wash. Enough room for entry and exit with my car. The stall I was in had lots of room and the washing equipment that I used worked as expected. Even a small two car drying area inside so you did not take up a washing stall.

Place used to be very good, now it’s awful I’ll never go back here. It used to have good pressure decent timing to wash. Now it’s $2.00 for a token for the same length of wash but half the pressure very weak ! Take your $2 elsewhere can know you’re gonna get a clean vehicle ! $20 later it’s semi clean !

Most expensive coin-operated car wash I've used in the city. I wash my car fairly often and was in the West end of town so decided to rinse it off. I was shocked to find that the token I spent $2 on only lasted me a minute and a half. Car wash that I normally use near home gives me 3 minutes for $2, and I don't have to buy any silly tokens. I spent $8 for 6 minutes. Definitely will never be coming back. Only gave it two stars because of staff inside were nice.

First & LAST time here. We didn’t know how it operated so we simply asked the lady working how much for a load she responded “figure it out yourself, go read it” disgusting employment. Place was also SUPER dirty.

This place uses tokens, 1 token is $2 and it takes about 20 tokens to wash my half ton, that’s $40 and it left a residue all over my truck like dirty water.We will never go here again.
