It was excellent this time but they didn't have all the things the shredded straw I needed and I needed 2 Rat Zappers which is on sale i only got 1 but I'm happy with the 1 but I substituted it with the wood shavings I needed for my chickens. I'm happy with the things i got

The manager lacks a certain amount of a certain something. Being the only one with keys to access cabinets and then not being present to open said cabinets, well that's just special.

I hate visiting...because I always buy more than planned. I only have one complaint, which could be fixed by the head office allowing the store to do inventory. Feed items are not consistent enough to warrant starting my dogs/horses on, only to have to switch because the head office didn't take note of stock levels.

Worst store ever. Call to make sure item is in stock, drive 2 hrs to get there and guess what not in stock. Pathetic store . Might want to get people in there that have a brain.

I find the prices a little high on some things but they do have choices. From birdseed to clothing to paint to tools!This is definitely a store I visit often.

Customer service is appalling. I asked when I should expect my order, and Laurie’s response was “your expectations are your expectations”.I gasped, and asked her if she really just said that to me, and she said “yes I did”.It really must be an awful place to work if they speak to customers like that when they call at 9:00 on a Saturday morning.In my order confirmation email, the only contact information is the store, and the address and phone number is prominently indicated.Unfortunately, there are no other options for contact. The email sender is a no-reply, and the words “contact us” in the email, although underlined and in blue text, has no html link.I guess that’s why they have such terrible online reviews.

If I could give 0 stars i would, instead they get 1 star and ZERO FACKS!Have been in several times for products and their stock levels are wrong most of the time, no product in stock.Complacent non-caring employees. TSC was the same.Karen from Corp customer service is a joke, she told me to order online. SMHI could get into SEVERAL instances where customer service is a joke, nonexistent.
