I used their cleaning services: long dress with pleats, pants made with delicate material, winter coat, trench coat. The clothing came back clean and in excellent condition. Great service!

Review for Nettoyeur VictoriaI am not the type to leave bad reviews but I am really fuming right now. I went to this dry cleaner because they are the closest one to me despite some bad reviews. I mean, I cannot be the unlucky one, right? But no, I surely won the unlucky one raffle. Brought 2 coats for dry cleaning and the other one is also for repair. I went back on the day indicated on the receipt that I can pick it up, and alas, it is not even done yet. Not even one of the coats! Went back 3 days after, but only one was done! I told the boss that this is the second time I came to pick this up and surely will not come back for another time. So they rushed the dry cleaning of the other coat. I waited there sweating because this dry cleaning feels like a sauna. I was relieved after I left that place and vowed to never go back because they are swamped and they can no longer keep up. The workers look extremely exhausted and overworked. Went home and checked my coats, the one that I sent for repair was botched! I hope I can attach photos of how badly the repair was done. It was sewn from the outside and not from the inside so the stitchings are showing which is not what the guy promised me. The armpit stitchings are even unravelling and when I flipped the coat from the outside, alas, that was not even done! I went back the at 4:30pm the same day to show them their work, the attendant was the only person left and told me she will pass on the message to the tailor tomorrow. This was already a nightmare of an experience so I told her I don’t even want this to be fixed anymore, I want a refund for the repair at this point because I cannot let them botch my coat any further. And since only the boss can do the refund, I have to go back again tomorrow. I am so done with this awfulness. I have nothing but negative thing to say. Do yourself a favour and find another dry cleaner with good service and good customer service.

Honestly, the only reason I even put 2 stars is because the couturier's work was great, but the costumer service was so bad, I almost ripped my own hair out. I dropped my dress off on Saturday, expecting to pick it up on the upcoming Monday. They tell me they close at 6pm, and I told them I finish work at 5pm so they say it wouldn't be a problem. That Monday, I called 13 times to confirm that I can pick up my dress. No answer, until 5:15pm when he tells me they'll close quarter before 6. I tell him I'm coming because it's important for me to get that dress that night. I make it there for 5:40pm and to my surprise, they're already closed. The sign outside says they close at 6pm but they decided to close early. I needed my dress badly that Monday night and had to postpone everything because I couldn't get a hold of them. I come in the morning after, the man (I'm assuming is the owner), tells me he waited for me til 5:46pm" which is bogus because I have a picture of me literally standing in front of the cleaners before that time. It's too bad because the work was nicely done
