Hopeless; They are simply reading out every item that is easily accessible. There is no option to talk to anyone and ask for specific information

Why do I have to give them a star. I don't know where to begin, they sit around talking rather than attending to customers, they are rude and they don't know how to fill out their own forms. Each time I import the same thing different agents will require me to fill out different items each time.

Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.Very disappointing to come home to that.

Is the boarder open for travelers too? Am planning a trip to Winnipeg.

It was my first time using the self serve kiosks at this Canada Border Services Agency posting. I recall being blinded by the flash as the kiosk took my picture once I entered in my declaration data. Then it spat out a copy of my declaration for me to take to the interrogation counter. The declaration print out was pretty washed out and impossible to read which I'm sure the customs officers found helpful. The photograph printed of me is even worse than the one on the back of my Costco card.

If there was a no star that what I would rate CBSA. Came in on flight from US today, great flight. Going through customs I have a US passport and have duel citizenship Can US. As we approached a woman officer she snapped at my wife and myself and told us to close our passports and had them both to her at the same time with our slip of paper. Just trying to be nice by having our passports open to our picture. That’s how she started. Then told me I need to have a Canadian ID card or birth certificate to prove I was Canadian. My passport reads place of birth Canada. I happened to have my birth certificate along and showed her that. She snapped again and said you always have to show both, how do I know where you are born. Well it’s right there in b&w. Never been treated like that or told I meet to supply more I’d than a passport. I’ve been traveling back and forth across the border for longer than she has been around and have never been treated with such disrespect and with such lack of knowledge. No i didn’t get her name just too busy. I have respect for my fellow travelers and didn’t want to make it any more difficult for them.The questioning is not as much the point as her attitude. We had been on a long flight, and there were lots of people behind us so I left. She was not only wrong but just simply a nasty person. If I had never been to Canada before I probably would not have come back. There is no reason for an attitude like hers but I think that is just part of their training.CBSA start treating with respect they deserve, get a proper attitude and think for a minute who pays your wages. You make traveling a bitter taste in people’s mouth. CBSA is an embarrassment to the Canadian people and government.
