Two words : cold food. Everything is in trays not even under heat lamps. Took a kids meal and the croquettes were cold, fries cold.Trying to be fast but sacrificing the quality.I really write bad reviews but I was extremely disappointed to pay 50$ for 2 legs and a kid meal and everything was cold.

The kitchen is absolutely disgusting. The chicken was severely undercooked. The bread is just sitting on the counter not even under an heating lamp. There's fries lying every where on the floor and a lot of dirt. The employees don't wash their hands before touching your food. An employee transferred a container of brown sauce into another one that was sitting on the floor and then proceed to put the one that was on the floor on a counter. This is unacceptable for hygiene standards in a restaurant, and I don't think I'll eat there again.

HiWent in Beloeil to reminisce!Was a quiet day for me .Ordered a Bangkok salad with crusty chicken strips,liked it .There is a spicey dressing in it , also good .Employees polite and helpful.Order was very quick.This branch must mostly service take outs and deliveries as was empty insideCheersMike

Worst service ever. Ordered a club sandwich and a salad and after 1hour the waiters come to us and says it won’t be ready because they’re serving a group... we asked to see the manager but the waiter run away and no one came to us..

Service was quick, and the food was delicious! Drinks were basic and good. 7/10 The decoration looked good with wooden accents. My friend recommends the bangkok salad.

Quality at this restaurant has been on a steady decline for the last couple months, gave them a chance blaming it on covid but they should have their ducks in a row by now but no. Last two visits at 6:15 pm out of chicken soup! Last order chicken fillets we're overcooked and sweet potatoe fries under cooked ! Sweet potato fries should not be crunchy!!!

We order meals from time to time but we went tonight, ordered via the IOS app, went good. Drove to the restaurant, park and hit the I am here button in the confirmation email, got a confirmation SMS a few seconds later. So far so good! But then I wait… 14 minutes and still no one showing up. I was telling myself, rush hour but when I walked in, no customer waiting at the counter. I explained to the nice girl that I’ve been waiting a while, she felt bad and seemed genuinely not happy. She went to tell the situation to another employee, from where I stood, looked like she laughed until she got pointed my way. After I received my order quickly, a “manager” came to offer a desert as an apology. In all this, service is great, mistake do happen, but someone need an attitude adjustment.

We used the drive thru. There were three of us. The food was delicious we were asked how much for gratuity however it would have been nice to have been asked if we would like: ketchup salt napkins perhaps a fork although I can recommend the coleslaw snow cone ☺️ we are at the park it was messy goodness.
