I forgot my wallet in a hotel in Port Renfrew and Alsco had come to collect the linnens the same day. When I went back to check the linnens were already gone. 4 Days later I recieved a Facebook message from Stacey Francis telling me they had found the wallet. She was awesome and helped get the wallet to me down in Victoria as one of the managers dropped it off on their way. Huge thank you to Stacey and Alsco as I got everything back with all of my cards, money, and wallet included. Saved me so much stress and relief by making fixing the problem with so much ease. Thank you Stacey!
