Aamir is just a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable and no pressure to upsell you. Very patient and takes time to understand the equipment you are trying to integrate so he can help you pick the right thing and then stands behind his suggestion!Would definitely recommend this place for HiFi equipment. 2 day (in the GTA) shipping as well which is great if you're not close enough to pick up.

I've purchased a few high end items from Aamir at Summit Hi-Fi and the most recent was an SVS SB16 Ultra Subwoofer. As usual, Aamir is the most accomodating person on the AV world I have met. In Canada, we do not have the same kind of options in terms of electronics stores the USA has, but Summit Hifi levels that playing field. Unmatched customer service and a great selection of speakers/amps/processors etc... Aamir and Summit are my go-to place for all of my home theatre needs.

THE 2ND SVS PB-3000 SUBWOOFER :)Hi all,I'll be short since l have just a couple minutes and l really wanna write this review...1st thing, if you need any kind of equipment for your HT or music room, Aamir is your man...no matter what type and kind of person you are, and l repeat, no matter how picky or busy or shy you are, Aamir has your solution to any of your problems in order for you to be extremely happy with your purchase.2nd thing is about this beast pb3000... I had one and it was awesome...then Aamir helped me to buy the 2nd one, and all l can say is WOOOOOW, the room is full of sound and my HT is really alive...music sound fantastic and this guy is really really powerful.I do recommend this subwoofer with all my heart and all l can say is that l really look forward to have a room where l can buy another pair... :))Again thank you very much Aamir and whatever you guys need...he is the answer :))Take care and all the best.Julian

I cannot say enough good things about Aamir, the owner of Summit Hi-Fi. He is friendly, passionate, knowledgeable, and a consummate professional. His customer service is second to none. After placing my order for the new Tone Winner AD-8300 amplifier, he called to thank me personally for the order and kept me updated every step of the way.I have spoken with Aamir several times since then and also purchased the Tone Winner AT-300 processor and SVS Prime Elevation speakers from him. When I received my orders, I had some follow-up questions and needed help setting up the AT-300 processor. Aamir went above and beyond to provide me with the support I needed. In addition, whenever I reach out to him via email or telephone with additional questions, he always responds quickly. Dealing with Aamir is like dealing with a close friend.As for the products, I am very happy with my purchase. The Tone Winner AD-8300 amplifier is a BEAST! I am very impressed with its performance, and the audio quality of the Tone Winner AT-300 processor is far beyond what I expected at its price point. This unit's quality, clarity and detail of sound are unbelievable. It easily rivals its competitors that are two or three times the price. To round out my upgrade, for now, I also installed height speakers for Dolby Atmos, and the SVS Prime Elevation Speakers were a no-brainer.If you are looking for high-end audio and home-theatre equipment, I highly recommend Aamir at Summit Hi-Fi. Five stars truly earned, not given! Aamir showed legendary patience by not only helping me set the new audio components I bought through Summit Hifi, but he also helped me resolve issues with the existing home theatre components I bought elsewhere before finding Summit Hifi. I only wish that I had found Aamir sooner.Aamir helped me find what I wanted – not what he wanted to sell – and he deals fairly, no haggling required. Aamir also honours the SVS bill of rights and the Summit Hifi policy without any issues. Its rare to find that kind of honest service in an online shop. Regarding the online shop, be sure to talk to Aamir – he was able to source some of the gear I wanted even though it wasn’t listed online. If you’re shopping for audio gear, do yourself a favour and get in touch with Aamir and see for yourself. This is the real deal.Purchases to date: SVS PB-3000 subwoofer, Marantz SR7015 AV receiver.Both of these products are awesome in the true sense of the word. This is my first Marantz receiver, and compared to my previous Onkyo and Yamaha receivers, the sound of the Marantz is “warm” and very smooth sounding – I love it! The PB-3000 is reviewed elsewhere, but my concern over it's size was happily resolved - although big, it fits in with my gear, and looks good (see photos - the other woofer is the OLD Klipsch R-110SW, for comparison - it isn't hooked up anymore)

In the hunt for a HiFi streaming unit (namely an Eversolo), naturally my searches brought me to Summit HiFi website. They had what I wanted, checked the reviews and being all positive, I placed my order. The very next day (it was a Sunday), I received a call from Aamir thanking me for my order, and that he had received it, wanted to make sure my shopping experience was ok and that he would follow up with me once they were back in stock. I was floored, it's so rare to see that level of service these days that I instantly knew this was the next level of customer service. I received notification once my unit was received and it was immediately shipped to me that same day to arrive just a few days later. This place is the real deal in great support and customer satisfaction-I will be shopping here again!
