Worst experience ever in a store. They did not have the size I was looking for. The lady who was trying to help placed an online order for the shoes we wanted. I asked to be delivered at the store. Paid for the item. Was told that it takes 3-4 business days. This was on the 21st of April. 1 week later I go back. No sign of the shoes. Was told to give it about 1 more day or call the customer service. I gave them 4 more days. Nothing. Called their custumer support, only to find out that the item was returned on the 26th, they just got it back today and they will not resend it.NOBODY EMAILED NOR CALLED ME to at least let me know what happened. The lady on the phone said they will refund me. The worst customer service so far. The money is stil not on my account!Edit. I went back to the store and they processed the refund. Had I not went back, their call centre wouldn't have refunded me for the item they refused to resend, which was returned to their wharehouse due to their mistake as they could not figure it out that the shoes were supposed to go to one of their stores.The cashier at least was helpful and nice enough not to mess more with the situation. Feel bad for the people working there as they are the ones who are getting yelled at due to the inefficient call centre that the company has. Seriously, try to get your higher management to train their people a bit better in the warehouses and call centres as this is a no go for customer service.

I recently went to buy a pair of shoes from this location, and during the transaction the cash register “froze”. My account was debited the amount for the shoes, however, the transaction was “orphaned” and I was unable to get a printed receipt for the transaction nor was I allowed to take the shoes. No problems about the shoes since the transaction was cancelled but I would like my money returned to my bank account. It’s the 8th business day and still the funds have no been returned. Don’t shop here. Save yourselves the stress and shop at a store with functioning cash register and trained employees whom are happy to serve you. The store manager hasn’t called me back about this issue in over a week. Yes, after numerous days later she sent a screenshot of the transaction.

Curious to know why a retailer doesnt honor their prices on line.. The associate stated they dont match whats online ever, which makes zero sense to me. I was told to order online to get the better deal when i was literally holding the physical boots in my hand...

Very poor customer service. We approached the counter and there were three people behind the counter. No one acknowledged us or spoke to us. They took our box and started the transaction. Then mumbled asking for my email. I said no…and promptly got a why? I said you haven’t said a word to me and I have no idea why you are asking me for my email. Then he laughed at me and continued to scoff. Will not be going back here.

Returned a pair of reebok shoes and they won't refund me the money I paid cash originally stating that I worn the shoes outside which is not so when I originally bought the shoes the sales associate informed me that if I wore the shoes out of the store outside this would void my option to return the shoes for refund. The store manager issued me a in stir credit voucher. When I got home I looked at the receipt she gave me that was wrapped around the plastic credit card the amount on the card was only 41.99 on the card meanwhile I paid over $100 for the shoes 2vd days ago. I contacted 1800 customer service number and didn't get any results saying I have to go back to champs store and talk to the manager . Short changed me $60 now I have to take time and go to the store in person.

I wanted a specific pair of shoes, and the girl told me they didn’t have my size, but I can order them. She said they only had size 6 and 10, so I said can I just try the 10 to see what it looks like before I ordered it. She said ok, but handed it over to a guy who happened to find my size. I was surprised, like why did that girl tell me they didn’t have my size? I told him that and he looked confused too. Weird. Gatekeeping shoes? What’s her issue lol.

Whoever owns this store needs to retrain their employees or get new ones. We went into Champs, three employees working, not a single one greeted us. When we found shoes we wanted, no one asked if they could find a size for us. One kid was chatting with his little group of friends who were visiting him at his job. When we finally got a pair we wanted we went up to the register, shoes & payment in hand & the cashier walked away to help someone else. The sizes they have in store are minimal. We went to sport chek and received significantly better service & gave them $650. I’m sure the owner of this store would have loved a sale that large. Won’t return.

I was looking at the other reviews and it seems that people either love this store or hated it depending on the service. Well I did go in the store and looked around, it is clean and nice. I looked at the prices and wow running shoes or sneakers or whatever you call them anywho are really expensive. I did not try any and did not get any service so I gave a 3 star because it all looked great and flashy but I can go elsewhere for like kind and quality for a better price. I won’t come back.

I have been buying my kids clothes here for years. Its very unfortunate that the person putting the security tags on the clothes is not putting them in the appropriate location, they put it where the material is most weak and it tears holes in the shirts. Such a waste of good clothing to have holes in them, and people purchasing the clothes don’t notice, and end up washing them, and the whole will get bigger, and they won’t know where the hole even came from. I hope someone reads this message and has the right authority in the store to show the person putting on the tags how to do it properly by putting it into the elastic, or the elastic neck of a shirt, not the light fabric area. If you show the cashier the hole the security tag made from being placed in properly, she will literally twirl her eyes at you.
