This was the first time I have ordered from s.t.o.p. Restaurant Supply, they had the best prices I could find in Canada and it was delivered two days after order. Very happy I found s.t.o.p. Restaurant Supply, I will always check their website to see if they have what I am looking for, they had better prices than amazon!

I was looking for a very specific item and I called to see if it was in stock. They confirmed the item was indeed in stock. Went in today to buy a couple chafers and walked away with a few extra things. Bonus was that we got a great deal on high quality chafers. Always a joy to shop at this store. Customer service associates are friendly and willing to help. Aisles are well organized and easy to navigate. You never know what cool kitchen gadget you'll find. Highly recommend for your business or residential needs.

What a fantastic store for Mothers’ Day shopping! Upon arrival a store attendant immediately greeted us, offered assistance, and personally walked us to the right isle. They have a huge selection of high quality kitchenware. At checkout they also helped us find a box to simplify gift wrapping. The service was delightful and the products high quality. We will be back for Fathers’ Day!

Called in one Saturday morning to purchase a KitchenAid stand mixer on sale. As I was in Kitchener that day, I told the salesperson that I could pick it up while passing by. Salesperson said that they would make sure that the item (one of two colours) was in stock and they'd call me right back. I didn't get a call for a few hours, so I called back in the afternoon. It went to voicemail, so I left a message. I tried calling again while the store was still open, and it again went to voicemail. I called back on Monday (the next business day) and spoke to another salesperson. She confirmed that both colours of the stand mixer were in stock, so I asked how I could get it shipped because I wouldn't be in the area for at least another two weeks. It turns out that the price had gone up more than 150$, and on top of that, she said that I'd have to pay for shipping. I asked if the store would honour Saturday's price, and the reply was that she didn't have that power. Not that she would transfer me to a supervisor, not that she would get someone to call me back. Just that, and that was it.Very poor customer service on both occasions and no follow-up. It is very disappointing from a store that purportedly caters to both retail customers and business owners.

Got to S.T.O.P again at a favourite restaurant & Home Cook supply shop. We were welcomed coming in and the gentleman helped direct me to my item. I needed a bit more help with not finding the right lid. Another younger man was occupied but said he would assist us & shortly he looked up and found the item was in stock, just not yet shelved.Some things you just can’t find everywhere else and you may find some new items you don’t get to see at a lot of small places.BBQ time is here & I’ve been watching a lot of videos on Brining Turkey beast, Chicken and making pickles. So I need to keep the space use to a minimum in the fridge. We got the Cambro Square 8qt Square container. Love it and a very good size.And go see the items they have for Pizzas!Thanks again
