I've been training there for about a year and a half, and I still am consistently. Great place if you would really like to defend your self and feel comfortable about who you are as a person. If you would like to become extremely healthy this is for you!. 5 Stars instantly, with no hesitation.

I went to this karate school from 2000 till 2007 and then again from 2011 till 2014. Craig Sumbler taught me how to defend myself in ways that no one else ever did, such as breaking free whenever someone would try to pull my arms. I didn't even know how to make a fist or throw a punch until he taught me how. That's why Craig is the reason why I know how to defend myself. Until I started lessons with him I could hardly defend myself.

I'm 10 and have been going to karate since I was 3 and it has been helpful and fun too. I love karate so much and I love helping the younger belts.

I've been taking karate classes from Sensei Craig for a few years now and I really enjoy his classes and his teaching style. I've been to other karate schools, but none of them compare to this one. I highly recommend St. Catharines Karate School!
