Beware: Very rude and mis-quoted me. They pushed my appointment four times. The lady that always answers the phone is quick to leave a message for people that never get back to you.(In response to the reply) I have posted my account of my experience with you and am insulted that I am being accused of other reviews that have nothing to do with my experience. I am letting others know about my experience so they can make an educated guess whether it is worth doing business with you. I hope they find it helpful.

Went above and beyond! I drove up when our alarm said the temp was low and they were able to come the same day short notice to fix the boiler. 100% recommend and their service guy Mike was the best!!

These guys are great. I had a tech out to work on my furnace. He was very fast knowledgeable. He found the problem immediately and educated me on my furnace while fixing this issue.

Great Service!!! We had a gas stove and line installed, a water heater, a thermostat, and an air scrubber (which has been a God send for our house full of asthmatics). Professional, punctual, and excellent customer service. Shout out to Wes for taking the time to go over our options and recommendations for products. Great Crew!

One of the best local companies that work quickly and efficiently, and communicate up front the scope of work. Have had work from them at my personal home and commerical facility where I’m employed. All employees are well trained, and courteous. Owner communicates and quotes quickly. Office manager is on top of the accounts. All around good company, need more operations like this in the area.

Took out our old unit and upgraded everything with a new more efficient one. Everyone was great to deal with throughout the process especially Wes being up front and honest about everything which is a rare quality these days. Ian and Dave did very quick work and everything looks spectacular! I'd happily use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks for getting our heat back!

I was in need of maintenance on my boiler and called Renick Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning. The technician was professional, knowledgable, and super nice. Told me he had been in this type of business for about 10 years and was self taught. Just like my dad. Would recommend this co. to anyone in need. Business based in Rogers city/shop local to keep small business working.

The lady at the office was very rude to me. They did not show up on time. They tried to fix my issue, I paid them and ultimately had to get someone else out to finish the job. Do yourself a favor and call someone Alpena or Gaylord with more experience.
