Where do I even begin? To say that LSF Immigration Consultants helped me is an understatement. They could not have made the process of immigrating to Canada any easier! They were thorough, patient, kind, well organized, knowledgeable, and honestly, lifesavers. If I had been left to do this process alone, I would still be filling out paperwork, trying to understand what was required of me and what I needed to submit, rather than have my PR card! LSF made sure I was never alone, and that I was well looked after! I asked so many questions, and every time I was assisted with a quick and detailed answer (special thanks to Alaíde Santacruz who was always ready to answer my hundreds of questions). You can tell that everyone at LSF loves what they do, and is excited and motivated to help you begin a new chapter in Canada. Thank you so much to Linda Salas and the whole LSF team for helping to make my dreams of immigrating to Canada come true!

When I hired her, I was told she was going to personally handle my case, however after months of waiting to be invited for express entry, and with my work permit expiring, I realized that she was unfamiliar with the details of my case. My case was being handled by her assistants, who were inadequately prepared to handle my case. I found that they were disorganized, asking me to resend documents that I had provided multiple times prior. It was very difficult to reach Linda regarding my case. Phone calls and emails would often go unanswered for days on end.In conclusion, I opted to apply through a different program.If you have a difficult case, I would recommend hiring someone that is able to give you their time and attention before it´s too late.

Overall, the team at LSF ARE inadequately prepared to handle ANY case.I found that they were disorganized, asking me to resend documents that I had provided multiple times prior, because she was to lazy to actually do her job.It was very difficult to reach Linda regarding my case. Phone calls and emails would often go unanswered for days on end.In conclusion, there are great consultants out there. DO NOT HIRE THIS ONE!

Everything went well at the first meeting, the staff were nice and that's as much good as I have to say about them.I often had to wait up to 30 minutes for the appointments, without any information, that there would be a delay. Nobody came to us at that time, even asking if we needed water etc.Itzel, who helped me get things done, after some time stopped answering my phone calls and replying to e-mails.Even the request to the office e-mail asking Itzel to contact me did not help. The office did not respond to my request either.As a result, the company did not help me at allI lost valuable time and money.I had to seek help elsewhere.I am more than disappointed with the services of this company.Until now, I do not believe that cooperation with them went so bad!Even though it has been a few months since I commissioned my case to them, I am still disappointed with them and I have only negative memories - especially now, when I have much better experiences with other related companies to this one and I can compare them.

We had a meeting with Linda Salas. To be honest, firstly, she took the time to understand the case and my personality to talk to me in a way I was comfortable with. I don't like going into circles to get to a point, I prefer a straight up conversation no matter how good or bad the topic, and she understood that and made the conversation flawless. We've had great results and with Covid it's all online! They have a great process in place to communicate and pay for their services. I can trust they do what's within the law and guide me to understand my options and duties with each, and I appreciate that.

I did my work visa with this company, they are so profesional, especially Joe Vargas who supported me all the time, and was my guide on this process, so I highly recommend this guys!!
