Friendly, calm environment. The inclusive atmosphere feels comfy. The quality of the haircut is good for my third time there. I was going to the same place for years and came here instead when I felt like continuing to wear a mask in public and Big Bro's is continuing to maintain a mask policy. Much approved as I like my freedom too.

Got my haircut here not too long ago, and I absolutely loved the experience and my new hair. I have had horrible experiences in the past, being a queer woman with short hair, this was not the case here. Super queer friendly and managed to give me the haircut of my dreams. I will not be going anywhere else.

I've been twice now! Lia did my big chop for me a few months back, and recently Jessie gave me the most gender-affirming trim I've ever had. He did such a great job interpreting what I told him I wanted. Great conversation both times, too, and of course an overwhelmingly welcoming atmosphere! I don't want to go anywhere else.

Jessie cut my hair about a month ago and I was/am super happy with the result! I'm transfem and have short and very difficult hair so I wasn't sure there was much I could do. Jessie explained how the cut he gave me differs from a men's" cut which gave me a nice little confidence boost.Very chill and welcoming vibe here and very kind staff. Looking forward to my next visit!"

This place is fantastic. Lia is a master. Best haircuts I’ve ever had in my entire life! Super low key/low stress experience, very affordable, great for Lgbtqa+ cuts! My wife also gets her hair cut here by Zed. My wife has curly hair so it’s tough to cut but also always turns out amazing! Love this place, highly recommend!

A+ Two happy now regulars here! Great service and results every time. We both loved our first haircuts from Jessie and Skylar in 2022. Jessie tuned right in to what I wanted. My young adult kid's lush mane never looked better than it has since Skylar got shears on it. Very welcoming people and atmosphere. 100% worth both the long wait for our appointments and the drive from Guildford. Thanks!

Skyler gave me the best haircut of my life! I showed them some pictures and they understood the assignment right away and was really great making any adjustments that I asked for. It was also a load off my mind to be in a dedicated queer space. I'll definitely be coming back for my next haircut!
