Poor customer service. The lady who serviced me was snappy. Fully regret going here relying on the reviews. Worst - shellac chipped the very same day. There are way better places around Whitby and Durham to go to.

I had a Shellac pedicure with Emily and Bio-gel manicure with Emma and both were great and did an awesome job! :) I had these done over 3 weeks ago, and while they’re growing out, they still look perfect. The nails haven’t budged and the pedicure hasn’t chipped. Love it and will definitely return!

Have been going here for years and have never been disappointed!Kim is amazing and her staff are so friendly. I have never had a bad experience and will never go to another place. Very affordable and fantastic service.

Terrible. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted, which she completely ignored. It was simply a cut based onyears of the same cut from my usual stylist who's on mat leave.She barely texturized it, didn't follow the hair line and didn't thin the top bulk as requested. It's already too top heavy. Waste of %$80+

The best nail salon in Whitby/Oshawa!! Lovely nail artists and they ‘nail’ the design every time I always leave satisfied! I have been coming here for years and have never left disappointed. I definitely recommend this place take a look at their Instagram account to get a better idea of what they do here!

I went to get a pedicure. Not sure of the staff's name but he did a terrible job. I had to keep reminding him of the areas that still had callus, he dropped the nail lamp several times and told me to stay still? He Never folded over my towel so my feet never felt dry or clean as the dead skin remained on the towel. He didn't do a leg massage and applied so much lotion that he had to get a towel to wipe it off. I tried to explain to the manager about this issues in a private about my experience and she didn't do anything about it. I will not be returning.
