I went there for haircut before holidays. Styled hair looked okay but after a wash haircut looked so bad. So I called them and they scheduled another appointment with another hairstylist. She did a great job. Really happy with my haircut now. So depends on who cuts your hair.

I took a haircut from the best look saloon. Sandy did really fantastic job. They provide really good service to customers. I am really satisfied from their service. Whole staff is very friendly.

I can’t say enough. It seems like all of these reviews are fake. I went there with my friend and we both have had the worse hair cut in our life. The hair are not trimmed properly. Somewhere it’s stupidly long, somewhere it’s stupidly short. I am assured that the owner must be good in hair dressing. Although i was addressed by the staff, and it seemed like he still hasn’t learnt anything. Sad thing is that nobody professional was there to watch his work and he absolutely made a mess of my hair.I am considering going for a buzz cut now because my hair are absolutely messed up.He spoiled my one year long hair. On top of that, there is no professionalism.It was a horrible experience. Highly recommend not to go there.

Cancels appointments at last minute. And irresponsible answers for cancellation.I never booked an appointment with any specific hair dresser. It should be your responsibility to arrange an alternative but cancelling the appointment by your own and letting us know is not acceptable. You need 36 hours for advance booking and 6 hours prior to the appointment, you simply send a text stating it's cancelled. Please understand that there are a number of places which are open for walk-in's and they don't rush their service too.And I can see the same generic reply to all cancelled appointments. I hope people will go through all the reviews 1 to 5 star and decide what kind of place it is!!
