I have to say that the teachers at this preschool are very nice and friendly, responsible....My daughter loves them and always saying she wants to go to school... especially Ms Sasha, she is super nice..highly recommended

The childcare is super nice. Our daughter attended and loved going everyday. It has its own roof top playground. The teachers are fabulous, the program is great, the owner and the manager are very professional and efficient to address any issues we have. Highly recommended.

My child attended this child care centre for only 2 weeks and we had to leave. It was a bad experience!1. Their JK2 class requires children to be potty trained. My child at that time has not turned 3 yet and not completely potty trained. That was my biggest concern, so I talked to the Director during the tour. The Director told me the teachers will help him and he can wear pull-ups to class if he's not fully potty trained. So I registered and class started, the Senior Educator in that class told me not to wear diapers/pull ups to class due to hygiene reasons. So every day my child would wet 8 pairs of pants and one day I picked him up, he came out and fist thing he said to me teacher is angry". I asked him why

My son Michael had 2 wonderful years there from his 3-4 ages.Good environment, patient teachers, variable in and out school activities.

This learning centre is the best of best. My baby was attending JK1 class, their professional care and teaching was outstanding. And back yard fenced & private outdoor playground is a big plus. Very much recommended.

We registered our daughter in the pre-school program in December 2019 but we lost an immediate family member in January 2020 and could not send our daughter to this facility due to the aftermath of the unexpected loss. The director (Ms. Candice Yang) acted very professionally and respectfully and refunded February fee. Thank you for your help and support.

Time flies! Last week Friday was my daughter's graduation day at this centre.I wish she was able to spend more time with you all here.This centre their programs are awesome, and my daughter learns so much, and seems to have a lot of fun too. She loves going to preschool each day...I can't say enough about this center. Also, this centre has the best, most caring, and loving teachers & great staffs! Ms.Sasha is amazing, every kids love her. I really appreciate all the support and service they provide to the parents. I always felt my daughter was happy, healthy, safe, and LOVED at Educastle Centre.I would highly recommended this center to anyone in the area.

My kid is using their before and after school service. The service is great. The centre has a new school bus and keeps it super clean. They even added the clear plastic panels between the driver and the kids and practice the Covid Safe distance as much as possible.

Like them very much. First, they have a very good schedule and will not let the children go out to play when it is very cold or when it is raining heavily. Second, the child will go home if he has a runny nose, so that other children will not get sick. Third, they often change the child's diapers to keep the child clean and comfortable. Fourth, they will not feed the child something they don't know, so they ask the parents to write down the ingredients. Friendly reminder, snacks can bring Gold fish, or bread and fruit, these are what they are familiar with and will not let you write the ingredients.

My son who is 4 years old, has been attending to the childcare in the past 2 years. We are very satisfied with the service. The owner Candice and the manager Alisha are very professional and our son is very happy and enjoying going to the childcare everyday. The childcare had recently renamed to Educastle Childcare Learning Centre and for some reason, all the old Google Reviews were gone. The owner has asked the parents to leave some reviews so other people will have a better idea about the daycare.
