I had Chris Hoffmeyer come out to my house for what I thought was a clogged line. When he arrived I had mentioned to him that i wasn’t sure if it was the holding tank but I had someone coming to pump it out that afternoon. He assured me it wasn’t that and continued to work until the septic guy arrived that afternoon. Once I received the bill at the bottom the reasoning they gave was because the tank was full. The bill was $1736.57 for something I originally stated might be the issue.

Zero communication. Dont respond to emails. An absolute nightmare to deal with. Avoid at all costs, there are better options in Huron county. Any option is better. Spent 13k on new HVAC, and am still dealing with their non communication 10 months later and directly having to deal with Enbridge Gas (who have been very helpful in sorting out Hoffmeyers mess).I can not stress enough, do not use them for anything other than emergencies.

Unfortunately I am here to leave a bad review. Our water had randomly shut off and stopped working on a friday. Figuring our pipes had frozen we called Hoffmeyer to get someone to help us figure out where. after calling the emergency number the man seemed annoyed as if we were inconveniencing him and told us if the pipes are frozen then the damage has already been done" and told us to call on Monday. Wow.. that kinda pee'd us off. We called and left a voicemail Sunday night. No reply on monday
