We were able to make an appointment to see their agent. They were right on time, polite and fair. Payment for purchase was immediate and complete. We appreciated their prompt attention fairness.

ZERO honesty!! I was offered $3,700 for a beautiful bracelet of 95.55g of 18k, meaning just $8,000 for the value of gold, not to mention very high quality of Italian craftsmanship! I have an appraisal that was made 3 years ago when a gram of gold was $45 only vs. today $84, and the appraisal was for $15,000. I am shocked!! Don’t consider them a serious business - they will try to pay you just like a pawnshop!! This is a scam, not something that could be called a decent business practice!!PS. To the owner. I have not threaten you to submit a negative review IF" - I just stated the fact that I was going to do it

Hi - The whole process was nice and quick. The appraiser was very knowledgeable and provided dollar values very quickly. For pieces that weren’t worth my while to sell, she was upfront and never made me feel obliged to sell them. I would definitely deal with them again. Thank you.

I was pleased with the time and information provided by the appraiser that reviewed the coins and monies I brought in to be evaluated. The offer was fair, given the previous work I had done looking into the value of the items, and I am glad to have moved the items along instead of them sitting in our closet again.

Excellent in person visit at Casablanca Inn in Grimsby. However I forwarded pictures 2 days prior of other items that could be of value and I have not heard anything back.

First experience with Dan went well but second time with Katrina was the worst. Dishonest, not transparent nor trustworthy. I had a ring appraised at $1185 and she lied about the quality and offered me $350. Another ring was appraised by another of their own appraisers and confirmed by another jeweller as being made of 23 KT gold with diamonds but she told me it was 10 KT gold and GLASS STONES. She claimed 18kt and 14 kt as 10 kt and covered it up by not providing an itemized purchase invoice so you could tell how much was paid for each item. Multiple messages were left for the manager who did not call back. They cheated me and I would like all my jewellery back.

Quiet venue. Met with Joe. Relaxed...zero pressure.Quick, easy process. They offered me fair market value.I recommend using this service to evaluate and sell your old jewellery.
