Great place to work. Heavy emphasis on safety & product quality. Good pay, good benefits and pension.

Although being a multinational Brand, I’m sorry to say that this facility doesn’t carry their brand seriously when it come to recruitment, staff retention and staff future promoting roles. The global Leadership must closely watch the Management team functioning locally as there is lot of biases. I dare to say this as it’s a first hand experience. The family oriented appointment/recruitment beyond a certain limit is toxic for work culture and hampers employee growth.A word for future and current employees: be watchful for the local Management moves/ motives. I encourage to raise your voice and report any evident as well as doubtful incidences. No doubt that retaliation will be there but stay strong to survive!Lastly, I love the Nestle products and have no doubt in their quality as I have been fed on those since my childhood (I’m still healthy and strong). But the work culture at this local site need to be re-vamped!!

Just bought two boxes of Simply Dipped Drumsticks. One box of chocolate and one box of caramel.To save room in the freezer, I took them out of the boxes and put them into a container.I grabbed one that I thought was chocolate. To my dismay, when I bit into it, iit was caramel (I detest caramel).I decided to put them back into their boxes, but there appears to be no way to know what is inside the wrapper since they are not marked with the flavor!!The only ingredients listed on the pas of wrapper are those which could be allergens, and nothing specific to the cone inside.Since I won't East the caramel wines, and cannot be sure that the one I'm opening is chocolate, I will not eat any of them. Essentially this means I paid $12 for one drumstick. What a deal!!

Nestle is a very bad company to work with they dont have any value for the employees or people i had a interview today firstly i have to wait outside in -7 for almost 2 hours they have to tell this before that we have to stand outside in the cold wheather and they i got a chance to go in but after that they give me some paper work and a test to do i did my test properly but they told me i failed.

I love working at this place. 8 hr shift goes pretty fast. People and helpful and friendly. Pay is decent. Oh and don't forget about the ice cream. Delish.

Disappointed to hear they’re sending medically exempt individuals home without pay, rather then offering on the job accommodations or alternatives.(As is required under the AODA of Ontario)What’s the point of union dues if the union doesn’t protect workers when companies make these ridiculous calls.Interesting approach, taking unlawful actions against their employees. Completely ignoring the employment act and their rights.Allowing petty, childish favouritism run their workers; rather then utilizing their workers appropriately and efficiently.Health Ontario should be referenced in instances like this; so businesses can properly offer accommodations to their employees who request or require accommodation.

Doesn't even deserve a star. The biggest producer of single use plastic in Canada selling water that's basically no different than our tap water. (Exception: many indigenous communities. ) also stealing our water which will soon be not a renewable resource. SHAME

Very nice place to work, people are helpful to new employees, lot of breaks and free yummy icecream.
