Great place to practice baseball batting, with lots of batting cages and pitching machines at different speeds, prices are not too bad and staff is very helpful . Only thing that i recommend will be nice to have possibility of hitting coaching tips specially for small kids

Purchased a helmet for my son and paid for expressing shipping. Called in to confirm inventory and the staff was very courteous. The item arrived the next business day as expected. Great experience - 10/10 would recommend.

Batting range fun however the service at the store was terrible I was serving myself and after spending $$$$$ in equipment they wouldn’t give me my 10% discount. I have 5 baseball players in my home and baseball town has lost me as a customer! They really need to work on there customers service!!!!

Horrible customer service. This is my second time purchasing from this store and will definitely be my last. Both times I was there the people were rude. When I contacted management to further my case they were even more rude and unhelpful. I wish I could give 0 stars. not worth your time or effort. stay away!!

It's a large facility with a lot of options for baseball and softball pitches, and the price is reasonable, however the equipment lacks in maintenance. For 3 out of the 5 rounds I did, the sequence did not complete (it stopped several pitches short of the supposed 20). There was no staff making the rounds ensuring the machines don't empty out, only one poor guy at the front counter who was having his lunch, and I felt bad bothering him for help. It's not their fault if they're understaffed, but just buyers beware, you might not get as much as you paid for here.
