Worst experience ever, came in 10 mins before closing and was refused service by the assistant she advised she had closed the system 5 mins ago and will not process till the next day. I advised how important it is due a crisis but did not care to help and was extremely rude.She did not let me use self service kiosk as it would go 4 mins over the 8pm closing time which is ridiculous.She was rude and aggressive and refused to give her name or her managers name. She is the worst person to hire in customer service.Horrible service and did care to think about the crisis I was in.Do not go there!

NEVER TRUST DHL. THEY DONT EVEN DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE!... i was expecting a package today.. i also have security system installed in my house. Saw DHL driver stop infront of house.. waited for him to get out but he never did. He left and claimed that i never wanted the package when he didnt even come to the door!... i am so very upset. DHL SUCKS! NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE! THEIR DRIVERS ARE HORRIBLE! AND DELIVERY SYSTEM IS HORRIBLE!

My friend needed to send some documents and went with her to DHL at Scarborough Town Centre. The staff, Joanne, provided excellent customer service. She was courteous, nice and very efficient. Physical distancing is practiced in this location and only one customer at a time can enter the premises. There was a bit of a lineup but the transaction was completed quickly.

Worst company I've ever had to deal with with I could rate 0 stars. Package was over a week late. I contacted them no matter what they just kept postponing when it would be there they messed up the delivery twice a girl promised me it would finally be there by a certain time and if not I could call her this was on March 20th she promised it would be there by the 21st on the 22cnd I called when it still hadn't arrived and she said she cohkd get back to me on the 24th I still don't know if or when I'll ever get my package it was supposed to be here on the 12th. Do not recommend 0 stars

The girl in the store tried to cuss me out after having a attitude because of the amount of costumers in the store and put her hand in my face and told me you people always try to use the race card because I’m black in the store worst experience of my life! When I ask the manager if this is what they allow at the Scarborough location she told me because they thought I was being rude it’s okay for her employee to be physically aggressive towards me. But If I was to behave in such a manner in the store I’m sure I would have gotten in trouble. Worst location ever!
