Our experience was great. Gregory was straight forward with us. He had great knowledge of the vehicle we purchased. No pressure whatsoever. We did pay the full asking price however and they would not entertain any kind of offer. I was knowledgeable enough to know what I was looking for. Excellent interaction with the manager, Chris, who has been positively consistent throughout the entire process. My only concern was the duration it took for the repairs to be handled. Overall, the setbacks were minimal to irrelevant to say the least. My vehicle was returned in immaculate condition and the work done on the vehicle was superior and beyond my expectations. I am a believer in OMS body shop and I have already recommended them to my family and friends.
