Absolutely loved my 1st pizza experience here in Canada with fresh slice. You rarely find any pizza outlet selling pizza slices which is a really great idea as a person like me is usually full in 2 slices and a drink as their combo pack. They have delicious dips too and mine personal favourite is roasted garlic. I highly recommend this place!

Terrible... no hot sauce on the wings and in 5 minutes they were soggy, literally just got home to throw them out

We had a terrible customer experience today. To begin with the person in the store is not at all welcoming. Not willing to explain anything.A very pathetic customer service. Second we order two thin crust pizzas (pics attached) one of them was very hard like a biscuit. And the size was also very small compared to the other. So after we came home we opened it to our disappointment. But we thought we should get a explanation for the quality and size so we head back to the store. This time there is another person at the store and she looked at our pizza and said there is nothing wrong with it. Even after saying that the crust is like a biscuit she said that's how thin crust is. I am very disappointed by the way the people at the store received and interacted with the customer. Such a shame that a pizza chain franchise is not willing to hold to the standards of the parent company.

I just bought 8 slices pizza 18 minutes ago Feb 9, 2023 at this location. i asked the lady to warm it up and she said it is warm. My house is just 3 minutes drive. I am very dissappointed because the pizza is very cold. I will never recommend this store. Staff is a liar.

I avoid this location like the plague! The one young woman working at the counter (who I’ve had poor experiences with before) denied me the BCAA deal of a pizza slice and a can of pop for $3 (which it explicitly states in the language on the website). She claimed it was fountain drinks only which they don’t have anymore, and wouldn’t give me a can instead. I never have any issues at my usual Freshslice I go to, so this was quite annoying.

It's my go to Freshslice. Service is always wonderful. Can't believe I haven't done a review in the 8 years I've gotten pizza from them. The quality here is always good.
