I ordered some lights and a couplewere the incorrect finish. The man on phone when when I called was short and gruff with me. A Lady calls and tells me to bring in lights to show them how they aren't correct. I come in. She gets up from her desk, gives me a glare, walks in another room and grabs lights. No one says hello or how are you. Not greeted with a smile. They open lights I return and clearly see they're wrong before I get my first apology. Their assumption was I was wrong about them being shiney and not brushed. What happened to the customer is always right? Or even let's assume customer is right until we can prove otherwise. Not be all rude and short with me. It wasn't my fault manufacturer made them wrong. But I did had to drive an hour to return these lights and got one simple oh sorry. Customer service is tested how you react to when things don't go as planned. Doubtful I will return
