Such a great place to get fitness equipment, best in Saskatoon and I’ve shopped at all of them. The staff is knowledgeable, they are there when you need them and aren’t pressuring you when you don’t. I have to remind myself daily “you don’t need to go buy more fitness equipment today” otherwise I’d be in there far too often.

Our treadmill got partially broken during a move. The incline wouldn’t work. The guys from Flaman came out and fixed it with no problem. They also set up my bowflex for me. Very reasonably priced and super friendly. Will definitely use again if needed.

My wife and I just bought our second treadmill from Flaman. There was a supplier delay which caused a fair bit of concern but Ken was terrific. He worked with us to find a solution and the problem was remedied quickly and professionally. We'd recommend Flaman to any one. Great products and excellent service!!!

The service team we dealt with at Flaman went above and beyond for us and our elliptical, when we were defrauded by a different local exercise fitness store in Saskatoon. It wasn't there problem but they went so far to help us fix the issue and right the wrong. Travis with the service team was outstanding, as was Tyler our service technician. I can't say enough about the quality, honesty and friendliness of this place. As for the other business that didn't replace our machine with the parts the company sent for it... their reviews tell no lies about their dishonesty and ongoing fraudulent behaviour. Snapped a cable on my Bowflex. Called last week Monday and spoke to service manager. Sent pics and told what i was looking for. Next day called again and service manager I could tell didn't remember anything we had spoke on. Was told waiting for some call backs. Gave my number to him again so knew I was never getting a call back. After that called Bowflex and ordered everything in less then 5 mins. Cables and handles arrived today from Bowflex and still have not heard back from service manager.

Travis fixed my 20 year old treadmill with parts they kept , which made me very relieved and happy ! Everyone was efficient knowledgeable and he Was prompt , friendly and came prepared.. I highly recommend Flaman because we have enjoyed their superior products and service for over 25 years. Thankyou Travis and Flaman

I came into Flaman Fitness not looking to buy but simply looking for information. I was very open with the salesperson that I was just looking. Ben knew I wasn't purchasing that day but that did not make him treat me any differently. He was very helpful/knowledgeable and gave me great information on each product I looked at. He even printed off product sheets and wrote extra info on them.I highly recommend Ben at Flaman Fitness.I will be back
