City Homes Master Builder

We tried pricing out a home that we liked with City Homes back in March. After several meetings with one of their representatives, we provided options for what we wanted removed from the show home so we could get the home priced out the way we wanted (which we were told was possible). It’s been 2 months and we haven’t heard back from them. Unresponsive. Stopped replying. On April 16, 2023 we were told that current deals and people who placed holds go ahead of getting back to us. It was a waste of time.

I have been so impressed with my experience with City Homes! They have answered all of my questions quickly and professionally and every person I have dealt with has been amazing!I will gladly be recommending them to any- and every- one!

We recently purchased a spec home from City Homes. Andriana helped us with all of the details, and was always there to answer questions as they came up. We really appreciated their flexibility to do walk through with us when requested - other builders that we have worked with did not provide this option. Best of all - the price on the house was great and included more upgrades washer/dryer, quartz countertops, etc.) than we expected. We moved in last week and love our new home!

Recently, I took possession of a new build home. I put in an offer back in February of 2022 for a new build with City Homes. After sitting down with their sales staff for the whole day, and sending in an offer an the prices I was given on that very same day just hours prior, the builder rejected my offer at the last minute after finding out that I was an investor from Ontario and was traveling the next morning so I wouldn’t have time to look at other options.Additionally, the builder sent a counter offer, adding a $30,000 markup for both homes my parents and I purchased from them (We purchased 2 homes at the same time, one for myself and one for my parents) . This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unethical.The finishings in the house was basic and nothing special, many imperfections that is yet to be addressed with warranty.Some items that felt very cheap were these ikea looking lights (plastic shades on them) in the living room, kitchen and dining area.There were many instances were I felt was a little sneaky given there were many amendment documents to sign over the course of 2022, for example, my parent’s home coming with a dishwasher and mine didn’t (Cost me $900 to purchase and install one).After taking possession, one of their contractors decide to open my garage door and use power from my home on the neighboring unit my dad who was stopping to check up on the house as its currently vacant.Overall, my experience with City Homes has been very disappointing. The company seems to have no respect for their customers and only cares about making a quick profit. I would not recommend doing business with this company to anyone.

I bought the house recently with City Homes, they are alright, answered all my questions, and got my problem solved right away. I would recommend to my friends.There are some seasonal things that are not finished yet, but they are working on it. So far so good

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM CITY HOMES. It has been exactly a year since my new" purchase from city homes. This morning

Every individual that I have dealt with at City Homes has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. As a first time home owner, they answered all of my questions and guided me through every step of the process. I would recommend them to anyone!

Everything with City Homes has been wonderful! It all started with Emma our sales representative! She was welcoming, quick to respond and always attentive to our requests. Our home is beautiful and we'll put together. Highly recommend!
