Went here for a gift. Store was clean and cute enough (if you’re into this brand)...staff members were amazing!!I love when sales associates are attentive but not overbearing! The ladies here were so friendly and sweet.Makes me wish I actually liked the products sold here because the level of customer service I received was absolutely amazing!!

My experiences here are never consistent which is why I gave it the rating as it is. Most staff are very friendly but not always greetable whether on the floor or being checked out at cash. At this location, when it comes to browsing, items can be all over the place. Even employees sometimes have a difficult time. I always love the assistance of being helped but when employees don't look like they do ... (and its not consistent throughout the team) encourages me to shop here less ... Overall improvements and potential in the sales can be made personally with the customer service.

It’s a good place with variety of stuff. I had difficulty choosing the right bra so I went here knowing they have ladies who would specialize in helping in certain way. Welll this one lady in the back - change room seemed very judgemental and was laughing when I was trying to explain to her my issues .. I felt so uncomfortable and judged I just left.

I don't know her name but she has a septum piercing (i am sorry for this description in advance), sleek bun and a charcoal black flannel, she was amazing. She said she has been working with VS for a while now. She didn't even measure me and knew my size. It fits like a glove! Please this angel's name below so I can go in and ask for her next time tooo!! Thank you so much!

Pink is such an amazing store! The service is incredible! Good options for sleep wear, workout clothes, and just comfy clothes. I 100% recommend!
