Where to start. November 16 they came out originally and told me I needed a thermostat for my fireplace. I was left with 2 wires hanging out of the wall and a fireplace that didn’t work. Then nothing until January 10 where the light switch was installed (new guy) who said that a thermostat couldn’t be installed a proceeded to hack away my wall. After my expressed unhappiness in this and how it was left I had a thermostat installed January 11. 2 months later to get a basic repair! The picture of the thermostat is how he left the house with black hand prints all around and no care of the home. To say I’m disgusted with the service would be an under statement - how Jack talks to woman would have most husbands very angry as well. Watch out for this abusive amateur!

We called Jack into do a service and clean up on our pellet stove. He was amazing, he cleaned everything with his vacuum and little brushes. He touched up the paint marks that happened over the years. He answered all of our questions and our stove ran so much quieter and better after a good cleaning and re-tightening of the components.Thanks Jack,

Business owner drives like a nutcase

Jack is extremely meticulous and calm natured . I have supplied him fireplaces and he is always very thorough and asks all the right questions for his clients . Great guy would highly recommend him for service in Red Deer and surrounding areas .

A winter wind storm tore our chimney cap loose and I was worried about damage that might occur if we didn’t get it fixed right away. We are quite remote but Jack came out asap and looked at the issue, but unfortunately, for safety reasons, couldn’t climb onto the icy 30’ high roof. As soon as the roof was safe to walk on Jack came out, took measurements for a new chimney cap, and secured the damaged cap. As soon as the new cap was manufactured, and he had a free moment, Jack came out and installed it. I found Jack’s work to be excellent! Thanks Jack!
