Millican-Ogden Outdoor Pool
Awesome place for summer fun! Pool is huge and well cared for, facilities are clean and all the employees are very friendly. We've been to a few of Calgary's outdoor pools but Millican-Ogden is our favorite. Highly recommended for friends and families alike!

A nice place to cool off on a 30+ summer day. Sadly, our 1 hour and 45 minute time-slot" was cut short by just over 30 minutes due to thunder."

What a nice pool. Super warm I think they keep it at 28° is what one of the lifeguards said. Employees are friendly and its clean. It's never too busy they increased the swim times to 1.75 hours for 5 bucks... I think that is a fair price you can get a good swim in during that.

Millican-Ogden Outdoor Pool
I only wish I had found this pool earlier this summer! It was well maintained, inexpensive, and well stocked with ice cream and snacks.There is one larger waterslide in the deep end and one small one in the shallow end. The deep end is about 12ft and the shallow is about 3.5-4ft. Kids have to be 4ft tall to go down the waterslide in the deep end. There were 2-3 life guards on deck at a time.There are grassy areas to set up your blanket but not all in the shade. Lots of parking. Lots of fun! Even on the hottest days when the pool was at capacity I didn't find it to bed too crowded.

Millican-Ogden Outdoor Pool
Took my daughter and her friend to this pool for the first time since I was a kid. It was a great experience. Perfect water temperature especially for those of us with sensory issues. Nice and clean and not too busy even though mid afternoon on a warm Saturday. Unlike some of the other outdoor pools here where you can't move. And can't complain about the price of $5 for almost 2 hours. That's all I got in me anyways. Also appreciated having the little ghetto blaster for some background music.

Pool is lovely, but cleanliness of locker room is poor. A bit smelly, and no paper in the toilets, even early in the day when they should be freshly stocked. Also lifeguards seem not to notice when unsafe things are happening in the pool, nothing major, just kids being a bit reckless. An ounce of prevention.....

We love our community outdoor pool. It's clean and safe. That said, since reopening after the pandemic they now only allow groups in for certain time slots. After roughly 2 hours the pool deck is cleared for a new group. You are allowed to come right back in again, but you have to pay the entrance fee again. This just seems like such a cash grab. For decades you used to be able to pay to swim for the entire day. Too many businesses are overreaching on covid protocols to not go back to the way things were.

A great outdoor pool, with eight lanes. Clear clean water. Not too warm or cold. Three hours of lane swim available Monday through Friday from 9 through noon. Very friendly staff, in particular, Sumani, who is very open to suggestions on how to make the place even better.

Awesome pool, nice, clean, not crowded, the deep end is deep! There is a slide on the deep end, not too big but decent. The facilities were in good shape, the staff is very friendly.
