I was in an emergency situation and when every other location was closed on a Saturday by 2pm. This location stays open the latest until 4 or 5 PM. The staff was courteous and they gave me options to dealing with my problem. The prices are reasonable and the rims are gorgeous. But if you have any situation with your car dealing with tires in any way I would say to go to this location.

Been going here for years. These guys are really awesome. They are very professional, they know their business, great value for price, and quick service ... if ...Caveat: these guys have a system and when it works, it works well. Problems occur when the customers are new, don't know what to ask/expect, and assumptions are running rampant on both sides. So my advice is: assume nothing. Just ask, just dbl check. I've seen customers purchase wrong sized tires, wrong sized rims.These guys are great and they are happy to work with you.

These guys really know their product and provide great service at a fair price. While I was there for the first time I noticed many return customers (suggesting to me that they had built loyalty with these folks). The only customer I saw who didn't seem to be happy was a person who seemed to want to get special treatment and the guys wouldn't budge. I kinda liked that. They treated her fairly and didn't play favourites. They took their time with me despite being busy and had great advice, not to mention more choices for rims for my truck than anywhere else I could find.

Simon, Colin and Pete provided great insight on the industry and really took care of me. They showed me the physical product -- This is something that e-commerce can never replace and its good people that you can meet face to face. For stuff like this I'm convinced that shopping local is the best choice.I was sitting on the fence when deciding what kind of wheels I wanted to run. Until Simon mentioned a size that I never considered.In the end it looked amazing and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be looking to get summer rims from them once I run my OEMs down.

Wheels Direct has been my go-to shop for wheels over the last 7 years. They've never let me down, and service is always on point. Shout out to Mike P. for always taking care of my cars and anyone I refer to go there.

Went in for a set of winter tires for my Ram and spoke with MP?(sorry if I'm incorrect about the name) but was given great service. Came in for my appointment weeks later and was entertained by a great movie and staff also came by to check if things were ok. Felt comfortable and secure in their service and looking forward to doing more business with them in the future. So far the new rims and tires feel great and look good

Colin and the team answered all of my questions and were very responsive in getting back to me providing me with the information i requested but also advice and options to look at and consider. They were organized and on the ball when I arrived and the tires and rims were installed quickly. The inside of the car was clean, the accessories and all season tires in plastic bags and in the back of the car. Good price, answered my questions while deciding in good time with good pieces of advice, organized and professional. What more can you ask for. I will definately be using Premier Wheels Direct as my go to tire and rim provider going forward.

A few weeks ago I hit a big pothole which blew out the tire on my car. I decided to replace all 4 tires. I put my car up on jack stands and removed the wheels. I cleaned the wheels nicely and removed the old weights to make it easy as possible for the shop installing the new tires.Needing my car to commute to work, I decided to use Premier Wheels Direct as they were able to fit me in relatively quickly even though they didn’t have the best price for a set of 4 tires. I brought them the 4 wheels (off the car) and when I picked them up, they were in wheel bags. Not thinking anything of it (my mistake), I loaded the wheels into my SUV and bought them home to install on my car which was still on jack stands.When I took the wheels out of the bags, I was horrified to see the extensive damage the shop had caused to the rims (see attached pictures). These are 18” OEM special edition alloy wheels that cost over $2000 for a set. 3 of the 4 rims had major scratching/gouging. I immediately contacted the rep I was dealing with who advised he would speak with the manager and suggested I bring the rims back in and leave them with them. I explained how this would be a major inconvenience as I needed the car for work and can’t drive the car without wheels. I requested the manager call me so I could at least figure out why this happened and to make sure the employee that did this could get better training. I sent multiple requests to the rep to have the manager call me, which never happened. Nearly 2 months later and I never heard from the manager, so I am warning everyone to stay away from this shop. Not only do they have incompetent installers but the manager doesn’t even care enough to make a phone call. My advice is to stay away.
