i can’t stop crying...

Not even 10 min late and was refused service, most salons have a grace period. He told me he had another client within 15 min of my scheduled appointment. I'm not sure how he expected to finish a cut and color in that time, just applying th color would take that time let alone consultation and mixing. As a first time client he should have allowed more time between clients. It was never mentioned, that I need to show up early or that if I was late I would not be able to get my hair done. Probably the most rude and pretentious hair dresser I've ever met. Even on the phone while booking he sound very unfriendly and was rudely asking if I was going to book the appointment or not. I regret even making the appointment. After seeing rave reviews I was hoping for a good experience....by far the worst I've had and I've certainly never been turned away by any hairdresser even in Toronto...this is timmins not NYC.

Well now , what can I say about Paul. Great hair cutter and stylist . We have a great time when we visit Paul. I just love this guy.
