This place has consistently been the best shoe purchasing experience ever. We had the opportunity to be fitted by Gord, and he looked at our current shoes and helped is find the perfect fit for a new pair. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best at getting the perfect shoes on your feet.

I dropped by Gord's last night in search of some new running shoes to replace my old ones, which gave me considerable foot pain. Three different staff members (including Gord himself) spent a considerable amount of time using their knowledge to help me find the perfect shoe/insole combo for my problematic feet. It was amazing customer service, and I will absolutely be back!!I just tried out my purchase for the first time, and I had NO PAIN!! Not only that, the shoes made my stride feel so much more efficient. I felt I could actually challenge myself and not focus on how much I hurt and broke my 5k PR by almost two full minutes! A huge thank you to everyone who was working last night!!!!

This running store is just amazing! My friend referred me here and their service was top-notch. I first sent some inquiries through email and Gord replied them himself giving me various advice and shoes suggestions. I then decided to go in and check out the store and was greeted by Nigel. He was super nice and professional and asked me to walk for him so he can check my pronation and smoothness. He then brought out over 10 pairs of shoes for my appropriate level, asked me to try out each pair and walk for him so he can check the smoothness. I am so glad I tried the shoes in person as well as I could truly feel the difference. I finally found the desired pair that felt the best and couldn't have done it without Nigel and Gord! Will definitely come back for more shoes later!

The sales guys took the time and made sure I got the best shoes that I need and that is 100% fit! Customer Service is 100%! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to get started on running!
