Never had a filter for my car. Recommended I buy my filter and come back. Not a problem. But I was still gonna be charged the same with an exception of $10 discount.Not likely

Went up to get an oil change from these guys without thinking of how many kilometers I put on my truck since my last change. Turns out I had only put on a little over 3000 KMS since last time I was there, and had full synthetic oil. They showed me how good my oil was and said there's no need for a change, and still sprayed my doors for me no charge. I thought I did a lot more driving the past few months but time just got from me!This could have been an opportunity for them to just do the change anyway and make an extra buck but they were open and honest, a lot of people have a hard time trusting drive through oil change services but I'd trust these guys with my truck any day, and I'm going to tell everyone I know to pay them a visit.Fast, extremely friendly service and very trust worthy. Go visit these guys now!!!

Service quality has much improved over the last year or so. Renovations and cleanup to both locations. Open 7 days a week now. Great crews. The boys are good !! Local business. Did the Oil change for my Mazda tribute last week. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! They also topped up all the fluids and did the points check like they would do at a dealer or garage! Great service! I also got the rust proofing done from pit crew the next weekend! Pleasant experience! Highly recommended!

I was going to this place on Majors Path all the time for my Oil Changes. So I called to inquire about getting a propane tank refilled and the guy on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. That is the last time I do any dealings with the Pit Crew. Whatever you do don’t ask about propane because you won’t be welcomed.

Great detailed interior cleaning. Guys were very thorough and the car looks like new again!
