Value Village

As most of the reviews have stated, this location is overpriced in general. The photo says it all (taken just this week). Consider another VV or alternative thrift store for your bargain finds.

One of the smaller Value Villages. Looks dated and dreary needs new lights. The book section is light. Lots of clothes, great bargain hunting opportunity. Decent parking lot. They also take in donations.

I like this value village. It has a wide range of clothes, shoes, books, toys, and house decor.Items are well organised and decent. You know exactly where to look for what.

Value Village is a for profit thrift store chain that donates some of their earnings to charities. In general, their prices are much higher than other thrift stores.This particular location is one of the smaller and less organized ones. It always feels quite cramped and not as clean/tidy as other locations. Pricing is all over the place. I once found 2 identical items at this location with completely different prices.

Terrible experience at this location. Not only are the children's book priced higher at this location than any location I've been to, the staff are incredibly rude and do not have any respect for customers. I picked up serveral items on my last visit.I cashed out and as I was taking my receipt an employee asked how much I paid for an item, check my receipt and proceeded to tell me the item was priced incorrectly and I would have to be refunded or pay the difference. I told her they would have to honour the price as it was listed and on the floor for sale. She continued to argue with me, proceeded to remove the item from my hands, refunded my money's in cash(even though I paid credit) and left my cash on the counter and walked away. Hands down worst experience I've had at a value village and will not be returning.

This location is a RIP OFF!!! Who ever does the pricing for this store may need to be drug tested. They knowingly sell broken and damaged items and refuse to exchange or return it. Several times I find empty cases for DVD or video games.This store is knowingly inflating their prices and ripping off the community.Example - a coffee mug with a price tag of $35!!! I thought it was an error, but no, the cashier said it's a collectable. A coffee mug for $35... Let that sink in!!Example 2 - items with price sticker when new was actually the same or even less than the price these profit pirates are asking. Frequently find dollar store items with (for example) $2 price sticker that these theives are pricing at $3.... something is seriously wrong with this greedy store!!!

It is my second time visiting second location of value village. It was differntly built from outside. Minimalized store with different things we need. Huge parking and multiple businesses on site. There were lots of shoes and decor, kitchen things. Thank you:)

The manager here is really nice! He’s accommodating and friendly. Everytime I’ve been to this location: he’s always helped me out.Everyone else is rude. The asian lady at the self-check out counter especially.Location wise, this is a great location. I always have great finds there - its a good place to thrift for shoes and houseware since their selection is big!

Went to value village. I found what I want good quality of clothes for good prices. I’m so happy what a good feeling. I bought T-shirt for my son. Short pants. And more.

I am back to this location....I am just gonna be honest they're selling garbage for money...their prices are again and again and again through the roof...clothing is 1000% cheaper at Old Navy than this greedy value village...one specific item caught my attention a cd player, I purchased same one from this location for $3.99 and same cd player today priced for $17.99 god know if its even working because you can't return it...Dollarama puzzles and priced for $6.99 board games no matter what kind if its new $14.99 and up...ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE...DON'T DONATE OR SHOP FROM HERE...AND IF YOU'RE A THRIFTER AND COMING TO SEE THIS LOCATION DO NOT EVEN BOTHER...SAVE YOUR MONEY...
