Terrible. Expensive. Took a week which is okay- everything is slow with covid BUT when I got home, the shirts still looked wrinkled and had to be ironed PLUS the shirt sleeves were ripped!! Will not recommend

Awesome service! Option to have shirts available any day you want them is handy and staff are courteous, Kelly is very client-driven, remembers names and makes the experience enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

Best dry cleaners I've ever used! I have been going here for years and I've never had an issue - they always go above and beyond and have restored some pieces for me that I've thought were a lost cause. They have great friendly and reliable service. Couldn't ask for more.

I have been a customer of Spotless Dry Cleaners from the Milcroft location for years. Today, was my worst experience in ages with a service company. Right from entry into the store I was greeted with no respect, not even any eye contact. The representative of this store was rude and very argumentative and offered no solutions to my issues. I don’t usually take the time to write these kind of comments…but if customer service is important to you, I would not recommend this Dry Cleaner.

I have used recently this place for dry clean my shirts and gave them 2 pants for alteration. Shirts came out fine but the alteration was a complete disaster!The person that take care of the alteration has no clue. I gave her two chance after the first one being a fail. Just didn't do anything I asked for. The second time, she did one pants while the other wasn't done at all. She had the gut to tell me she did it. Then we measured it and nothing was done! On top of lying to the customer, she showed no professionalism and integrity.I will not recommend this place for alteration.

The customer service varies depending on the person behind the counter. Some of the staff are friendly and some don't even say hello" and just ask for your phone number.That said

I do not recommend this place, worst customer service ever. We frequently brought suits to that place and one piece they damaged and refuced to admit it and even apologize. It was huge difference in fabric between jacket and trousers after their cleaning. It was good quality expencive suit from a good brand. Sometimes something may go wrong, such things happens, but the way how they talked, did not admit their mistake by saying you should go to producer we are perfect. Haha! The way how they treat their clients is just unbelievable. We were good clients but never go back there again

I have used this dry cleaner for 5 years without having any difficulty. Recently the service had been very poor. Three months ago they ruined a pair of my husband’s dress slacks. They staff on the weekend are unable to address any concerns and customers are required to return to the store during day hours to speak with the manager. The manager Susan is not helpful. She took no responsibility for the damage done to the slacks blaming the issue on the fabric. She did not even offer to refund the cost of the dry cleaning.Today, I picked up a dress that I had left to be shortened and dry cleaned. It was a cotton dress. I paid for the dress before I noticed that it had not been shortened, the dress still had the original pin in place. Also the dress was a wrinkled mess.Again when I asked for my money to be refunded I was told that I had to come back on Monday morning to speak with Susan. Staff at unable to process refunds.Clearly this is unacceptable. Am I supposed to take a day off work to speak with Susan! What other business does not have processes in place to address customer concerns. I will be escalating my issue, but buyer beware. Stay away from this dry cleaner.

Gave my expensive traditional clothing for a dry cleaning, and all of them shrunk. Would not recommend.

Saying yes when it would have been easier to say no, especially on very short notice. Saying yes to donating some dry cleaning services for a business attire clothing drive benefitting disadvantaged women trying to get back into the workforce. Saying yes to making a contribution to a good cause and to the community.
