Great Canadian Oil Change (formerly Oil Changers)
Striped my oil pan and I had to cover the damages of around $400.Its an older car, but had the pan replaced about 5 years ago.Called the manger to talk things through, and that was useless stating it was a wear item. You can Google search for yourself, and understand this is not true.Well, replacing the oil pan requires draining all the oil out... again.So initially I asked to help cover the price of the pan as my oil as my changes over the years have only been there. That wasn't helpful, so I asked to at least cover the price of the oil, nothing.I won't be going back, and it's cheaper at Toyota next door anyways¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They did a standard oil change on 05 crv then proceeded to grind down my oil filter insert to the tinest metal put in filter started leaking (seal gone when you grind it out) didnt say anything tried speaking with someone they wouldnt even talk about it. Putting your vehicle in some butchers hand. The oil filter now leaks like crazy and inst sealed properly not impressed that they would do that and hide it sketchy buisness plan

I get frequent oil changes due to my car and my commute to work. This place is usually very quick, never pressure you when they try to upsell and they offer a rewards card if you buy 9 oil changes, you get the 10th free and I genuinely appreciate that. This location is convenient, clean and never have an issue. Best place around.

Great Canadian Oil Change (formerly Oil Changers)
I've been going here since 2020! The workers here are on top of things they work together as a team and get you in and out within minutes. They toped all my fluids and tires with air. They cleaned all my windows and gifted me unexpected air freshener. Everything was done while I caught up on emails in my car. I dont think I was there for more than 15 mins. The service here was exceptional, and I applaud their professionalism. Thank you for your standard or service today. I'll be back for my next oil change.

I’ve moved to the south end and decided to go for convenience instead of familiar and went here for an oil change… as a woman going to car places sucks as it is so I was anxious since it was somewhere new.. I should have trusted my gut and went with familiar. My issue is with who I believe was the manager . The gentleman who was entering the information into the computer was talking to the other employees horribly! His tone was belittling and harsh and should never be used with anyone ever, never mind when at work with clients present. I left very unhappy and disgusted with his behaviour. I will not be returning … ever!

The crew here are amazing. Each time I have gone for an oil change I am in and out in 9 minutes.They are always polite, courteous and professional.In my personal opinion, don't go anywhere else in Barrie for your Oil change. This is the place to go!!Keep up the great work guys!!

Guys were bestkind until I drove from Barrie to Oromocto and realized they either cracked the seal, didn't replace it ooooor didn't tighten things enough. I've been leaking oil. $175 for an oil change and a new engine filter.. Not happy. No response from corporate either.

Great Place to go and get your Oil changed or your tires changed over for winter. The staff are courteous and incredibly respectful. The whole shop runs like a well oiled machine. If there is something wrong with your car that they notice they will point it out to you.Overall a great place for all services offered and not a single complaint.Some things to note - This garage will not accept payment methods over the phone, and this garage does have busy times so if you're looking to get in quickly call ahead and see how busy they are and they will be more than happy to let you know.
