Spread rock did Grabage work in our home costed 5650$ for this small patch which turned into garbage in few monthsSpread rocks has spread sands instead in our hose and dustBad work, hope these pictures can help future customers to know what will happen if they hired themWe called them with no reply!!!! Hired Spreadrock to rebuild the front of our house, the old concrete really had its day. Mauricio designed the most perfect landscape in pattern concrete, we could not believe the change and look it gave our property.Four years later I hired Spreadrock to rebuild our pool and once again Mauricio from Spreadrock did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Spreadrock so diligent and professional. Thank you Mr. Giorgio.

Wow. All I can say is top notch work. It was great working with Mauricio and all those that worked with him. My foundation issues were exposed and he fixed all it immediately. Everyone that sees my foundation that is above the walkway comment on how great it looks.

I would like to start off by saying these guys are horrible. Bunch of amateur workers Mauricio hires for cheap. Mauricio himself gets way ahead of the jobs he can take one and is very very greedy. They do horrible pours and there work does not last. Do not use this company. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Spread Rock provided us with an incredible new driveway and front walkway. We received many compliments on the workmanship. Integrity and quality! Looking forward to their work again this summer. Thanks Maurizio and staff!

Reposting because owner reported this and was hiden by google!!!Garbage work which lasted for less than 6 months and concrete turned as powder!!Yes powder! Snow melt and results showed!Contractor did not seal area after finishing to save couple of dollars , and hurting full family is much simple than doing right work he got paid for.We called back contractor and he said we dont have warranty for this job! Which worth about 6000$ as showing in the invoice done on 18th of May 2021!!! Warranty done for and within my ownership of the property!!! However false excuses were made to avoid fixing bad job they did!!!Job worth about 6000$ lasted less than a winter!!Again job done in 2021 May not 17 years ago as stated to confuse readers!!!I used all ways to convience him to fix it! With a response of new charge as a new job like he didnt do it before!I am not going to pay again and I would love everyone to read my experience , check pictures I posted and again welcome to visit my house and see qualitySo clearly every 6 months new invoice!Anyway i left my address up clear and not hidden for anyway so you can see quality of works before you start it!I reported this job on BBB with no results at all!for all people who read this post.. and hard luck for who missed it- invoice was provided offically and emailed from Lawyer side!!!So go ahead plz!- legal advise! Again go ahead plz! Dont ever threaten a customer there is always a law which can protect everyone and justify honest people…Note: in regards to Spread Rocks Resurfacing reply, regardless if old owner did! Or me! Not before at all!!!“””My review””” is to make people aware of how to choose right people for their homes and how to make sure they dont be cheated and have warranty well listed in the invoices to be protected before they payI am owner of this property since first of April and I have proof for that 2021 and before you even think to start works, i am only person who used to open garage door for you so you can use water in your works and I have proof for that as well as text messages !!!Again and again review is for a ”work” not about transferable warranty or not!!!So since you know it is not transferable, a very bad work made with dishonsesty in my property, argument can be proven by attached picturesAlso I suggest any bad luck customer to write their kids name one by one inside any invoice to be protected if they chose to do so!We did contact contractor, he was helpless.

Maurizio the president is a pleasure to deal with, we had a Interlock project completed by Spreadrock. Personally watched the work being conducted and I could really tell they take immense pride in the work they complete. Again, it was a pleasure working with Spreadrock as a whole, and I would definitely recommend this construction/landscape company to others. - Eric

I live in Wasaga Beach so was happy to find someone willing to travel here. I had a crack on my front porch so every time it rained I had water leaking into my cold cellar. Maurizio fixed the crack and did a decorative concrete design on the porch and on my walkway. Now my cold cellar is dry and the curb appeal of my house is greatly increased.Maurizio and his crew were very professional and easy to communicate with. I am very happy with the end result.

Drive way concrete tearing out with first winter . Lots of marks on everywhere. Didn't last a year . Still under warranty but he didn't show up .spent over $70,000.I'm editing this above review, due to his request. He has showed up after this review . I have edit some of the content. I had to do full roofing since his roof work on porch was leaking even after his several repair work. His crew stole our tools and garden stuffs from Garage and Backyard, still no clue.He did sealed driveway again this summer, some of the concrete patch still visible but better than before. I've used Blue Salt only when ice rains/black ice by his recommendation, now he said only use sand.I think it was a poor quality sealer. We will see this winter ,, hoping no damage with new sealer. His previous work on our neighborhood was no good after last winter , one of them hired another contractor to redo his work.Some advise to Maurizio.. Please listen to customer.
