Enjoyed a quick 9 hole game, was a bit cloudy with mild wind but the course is great. The greens are well kept, tee boxes were good and decent fairways to practice your game. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable for a fun time out.

Greens and fairways are in good shape. Plays at a good pace. Pin placements are very challenging.

Beautiful golf course. Very well maintained. Fairways are lush, greens are awesome ,fast and true. Narrow holes guarded by tall old pines. Lots of water and sand to keep you always on your heals. Great pro shop and snack bar. Covid closed the clubhouse but patio open. A must play.

I did not know this gem of a course was so close to everything. For a mid September day, the course was very well maintained. Greens were challenging that day with the pin placement. The clubhouse is a great space for hosting tournaments or receptions. Definitely will be returning for another round.

Terrible experience. What kind of a golf course runs out of pull carts and doesn’t offer power carts at all. It was wet so I get it but at least do cart path only. Had marshal’s on us the whole round.

Recently I had the pleasure of enjoying a round at Century Pines with a couple buddies. Overall the course was in good condition but we were all given the inconvenience of walking instead of riding as carts were not available that day although the ground wasn’t overly soft at all. I do enjoy walking courses quite often but it just was not the vibes for the fellas on this given day.As we approached the back 9 we made a pit stop at the club house were I opted to enjoy a tube steak. I paid a respectable $7 for the dog which seems like an average price. The service was quite quick as I waited only a mere 5 minutes for the dog. The presentation of the dog was quite lacklustre as grill marks were not present and the bun didn’t seem to be toasted. The taste of the dog was very solid although the very chewy bun wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, had the bun been toasted my experience would have greatly improved. Right off the grill the tube steak was at a perfect eating temperature and ready to go.The condiment bar could have been much better as there was only ketchup, mustard and relish, it would have been nice to have the option of onions, sauerkraut or even shredded cheese at the condiment bar. An nice option for Century Pines to greatly step up their game could be to provide a chili dog on the menu or the option of sautéed peppers and onions to go along with the dog or sausage.Overall I would enjoy a tube steak again at Century Pines although they could make great improvements without a whole lot of effort. I would rate my experience a very average 6.6/10

A few days ago I got to play century pines with some friends for a birthday. At the turn I treated myself to a hotdog. My initial reaction was fear when I saw the clump of about 4 or 5 hotdogs frozen together and slapped on the grill. After $7 and about 5 minutes of nervous sweating, the hotdog was transferred into my possession. The first thing that stood out to me was the bun. I know what your thinking and no, the bun to dog ratio was not the problem I had, though the bun could have been slightly larger to more efficiently do it’s job of holding the wiener in place. It was the softness of the bun. It had either stayed on the grill for no more than 5 seconds or just not at all. I was quite disappointed with that facet of the dog experience however when it came to the dog itself I was quite happy. The dog was a near perfect size not too big or too small, for that size of dog it can be hard to handle on the grill but the chef did do a good job. You can tell it wasn’t her first time around the block. The wiener was well cooked with nice grill marks and that nice crunch I oft long for in a dog. It was definitely a tasty and well cooked wiener. Now about the condiment bar. It lacked versatility and really had no character to it at all as only the “big three” were represented. Relish, mustard, and ketchup. I went with just the ketchup and I couldn’t help but notice that the mustard was on the empty side and had I have opted for mustard on the dog it would have came with the unwanted challenge of extracting the aforementioned condiment from its container.Overall the dog was good but it’s supporting cast definitely had room to improve and the lack of depth in this hotdog eating experience limited the overall score. With all this being said I would have to rate century pines’ hot dog as a 6/10. There is definitely room to improve on what is right now a decent dog.
