I bought 9 boxes of Chocolate on Apr 11 2014 as gift for my friends, and ends up finding out 5 boxes with expire date of Feb 2014 when I got home. So I brought those 5 boxes back for exchange, but the cashier refused to do an exchange or refund. After numerous phone calls and voice mail to the manager, he finally came to the store and agreed to do an exchange.Very bad experience, not recommended. Kindly remind you always check the expire date when you shopping to avoid the hassle I experienced.

The store is permanently closed. They didn’t even bother to update their status on google.

Terrible chocolate if you can call it that at all! I received a box of their Dolce D'or Seashell treasure Belgian hazelnut truffles. They do NOT even remotely taste of hazelnut. They taste of chemicals. Tried to connect to a non existing website. No one picked up the phone. Is this a real company? YUCK!

Called and was transferred. The lady was so mean! I asked her name and she said you called me!! What do you want!?I was surprised with her bad attitude towards me. What is her problem? All I did was ask her name and all she said was YOU CALLED ME! She was suppose to be the controller of the company.Bad, Bad Bad attitude. Probably like all of the people there.

Niki is the nices and friendliest representative of Cheaters. We shop there often and yet waiting to be disappointed. Never but never were we unhappy with service and of course quality of chocolates.Send many friends over. Cheers.

Located on Annacis Island close to the river side. It is a chocolate factory with a retail store open M-F 9a.m.to 4p.m.This is my go-to place especially for Christmas goodies but not limited to once a year. They have an awesome selection of chocolate goodies, assorted tub sizes, individually wrapped, as well as mints, etc. Good for turn-down service: B&B's, hotels, motels or for welcoming overnight guests into your own home.They have the best vegan Peanut Butter cups in dark choc. as well as milk and white choc.(but not vegan). Odd time has not been in stock.Samples are on shelves with most items. Have gotten some really good sale prices as well as BOGO deals. Look for seconds.Offers coffees (uses chocolate ganache).Staff are friendly, ring bell on counter if no one in front.Small amount of visitor parking on property but street parking available in front as well.

This is a REAL factory outlet - the store sells factory seconds and QC samples at rock-bottom prices. Since the company does not sell retail, they don't worry about underselling anyone. You'll find pallet-loads of peanut butter cups in 3-lb tubs for $8, among other things. Definitely worth a visit if you're a chocolate lover.

Just bought these Hedgehogs at Costco made by Chewters Chocolate Company in Delta BC .These Hogs are the worst I have ever tasted in my 76 Years.

Happened upon this chocolate factory accidentally with my 5 year old in tow and, having just read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, we attended. The cashier was very friendly and kind, offering my son several samples and humouring questions about whether Willy Wonka was available for a meeting. She also showed us into a room with a glass to view the factory floor, unasked. I got some Hedgehogs for $7 and a huge box of (reject?) dark chocolate peanut butter cups for $5. My regret is having not bought more of these.
