Just returned home to Ottawa from a 6 hour drive to see Dr. Kriesel and I would make the trip again to be treated by this excellent physician! He was kind and patient and was able to solve a long-standing problem with my ear that others could not fix, in one visit! After years of hearing impairment and discomfort I can not only hear clearly now but I can fly confidently next week! A huge thank you to Dr. Kriesel from me and my entire family. I will definitely be recommending this outstanding ENT to friends and family in the future.

Unfortunately Google only allows a 5 star review, as Dr. Kriesel and his staff deserve 10 stars in my opinion.I have always had issues breathing through my nose. After decades of being given nasal spray as a solution that never worked I was in put in touch with Dr. Kriesel. He explained everything in a very professional, yet personable way that made it a very comfortable ordeal from start to finish.My first ever online review, but well earned by Dr. Kriesel and his team. Fantastic all around guy, and an amazing Dr.Bravo Dr. Kriesel and team, Bravo!

Today was our first and maybe only time seeing this ENT.I can’t say enough good things about him. The place was clean , receptionist was nice , very short wait time.The doctor himself…fabulous!! He was kind and made us feel so comfortable. He spoke to my 9 year old daughter directly and not just to me. He listened to our concerns and did not make us feel silly even when we found out that there was nothing wrong with her. He was thorough and asked questions and listened to my run on answers without interrupting. Just a great overall experience!! I’m sad we will not need to see him again.

My daughter has had ear infection after ear infection. Dr Kriesel put her first set of tubes in and they were not working. I’ve called the office and have had her seen that same day, dr kriesel is easy to talk to and he is totally sympathetic when he could tell I was up all night with my daughter because of her ears. He put in a second set up tubes that are to last longer than others and she is a whole new kid. We are not spending every other week in emerg. I can’t thank Dr Kriesel and his staff enough. More doctors should be like him!

Peterborough is fortunate that Dr Kriesel decided to make his home here. Dr Kriesel is open, friendly, answers all questions and concerns and is very easy to talk to which took away all the stress of surgery. After 57 years I can breathe normally again! 10+ bedside manner. Just an all around excellent Doctor. So happy my Doctor referred him. Thank you Dr Kriesel!

I had the pleasure to be assisted by Dr. Kriesel at PRHC this week twice when my peritonsillar abscesses required draining. I was in the worst agony I’ve ever experienced and Dr. Kriesel expertly explained and undertook the procedure, then care instructions and healing process in a calm and kind manner. An extremely down to Earth, competent and warm hearted Doc. Thank you, so much Dr. Kriesel.

Dr. Kriesel put tubes in my son's ears at 18 months old. He was kind, considerate and humorous. He really took the time to answer all my questions. I was really impressed with his knowledge and his ability to explain all the information. Wish there were more doctors like this!!!
