I just received your magazine. The real estate team severely lacks diversity. Obviously you only cater to one particular group. Missing out, pity!

Unprofessional. The agent I spoke with was intoxicated. He used the paperwork and contract work we were talking about as a coaster and proceeded to pound back a few schooners. He was in distribution and sales. Met with him about magazine distribution contract and he showed up drunk as a skunk and drove home after the meeting. Didn’t have any organization and seemed to be more hitting on the waitress then actually discussing business. As a business owner and a human being extremely disrespectful.

I am so impressed with Cayman Marshall, their staff and philosophy. How refreshing to work with people who are integral and honest in handling the largest purchases that we make. It is thrilling to see their business grow!

We rented a cottage from Cayman Marshall this past summer, and the cottage was superb. Our stay was made even better by the warm welcome that we received from their two agents, Bill and Laura Hollingshead. They were most helpful upon our arrival and were available to us any time that we needed them. They are definitely an asset to the Cayman Marshall Team. Renting with Cayman Marshall means you're in good hands.

Very detailed listing! Extremely helpful

We have our rental listed with Cayman Marshall after it was purchased (as their listing). We spoke with Todd and have been working with Claudia and she is AMAZING. Responsiveness is just incredible, she works it seems 25 hours a day, 8 days a week frankly ! We were looking to get some info on watersports, she then immediately sent every provider in the area. As if that wasn't enough, she further made calls to see if could negotiate any specials for us too (and she did). As if that wasn't enough, she didn't like the canoe costs at the one place, so referred us to another, had the owner call us and gave us her advice as an avid canoe-er. We spoke with other cottage rental companies, some gave us estimates at lower rental rates, others didn't even get back to us, Cayman came back with a higher rental income, more reasonable management costs AND had it rented out for the full 9 weeks we wanted within 2 weeks of listing. Can't say enough about my experience (and I am a VERY picky person). Thank you a million times over for being just so incredibly helpful, honest and caring with us owning our first rental cottage Claudia - you are just 1 in a million!

Buyer beware! Property was on the market for 2 weeks with one conditional offer that fell through. Second cash offer was accepted and signed by the buyer for 14k less than asking price. Buyer was told the other showings would be cancelled. Deposit was taken. The next day realtor turned around and claimed a spontaneous second offer had come in for 31k over the asking price. Very uncomfortable and unethical situation.
