Fantastic! Very quick to respond to the initial query on having our gas fireplace serviced and repaired after moving in. Provided service above and beyond what was expected. Communicated openly and honestly about costs and did his very best to keep everything as affordable as possible while making sure everything was safe. I called advanced furnace and air just before Christmas during heavy snow fall bec one of my rooms heater stopped working. The guy was able to come next day and fix the issue right away. Really organized and fast service.

The advanced furnace service and air conditioning team were very friendly and its obvious they take pride in their work. They were able to book us in a timely manner that fit our schedule and the unwanted scent from previous owners in the ducts was removed. I would definitely use their services again if need be.

LOVE the fact I call the posted number and talk directly with the Owner/Operator and not a Call Center!! Suleyman was immediately responsive with our request for a quote on an Air Conditioner. He was honest with his quote which saved me from replacing an expensive part that 2-other companies were planning to replace when it wasn't broken and Suleyman had the install completed within 48hrs of the original call! Highly recommend this Man and his Company and will continue to do business with him in the future.

Called them again to maintenance my boiler. Staff was on time, gave thorough cleaning and very professional! I can always trust and rely on them for exceptional service.———————————Had a broken zone valve and the heater was on all day. Their service was quick and efficient. Very reasonable fees and friendly staff. Would recommend anyone who requires emergency servicing and repair!

Very good service! Furnace stopped working and AFS was able to make it out to my house quickly and fixed the issue for a very reasonable price. There was no upsell or pressure, Suleyman was very polite, professional, and helpful. I will be a customer for life!

Suleyman is an awesome guy. He explained very well what was needed to be done on my furnace. He did a thorough job and he also tried to fix my gas fireplace and gave me some points on how to get it fixed.
