I've been going to t&c for more than 4 years some faces have changed but the service I receive has never changed. They have always explained what was wrong with my vehicles in a professional way. Still using them for my truck and find no need to go anywhere else

TERRIBLE WILL NEVER GO BACK!! This is a small shop in a small town, that should be providing superior customer service. Instead they have a woman at the front desk who is rude, obnoxious and using profanity when speaking to people. You would think that it would be important to her, to ensure that she keeps people coming back, but unfortunately this is not the case. If this was my shop she would not be an employee....however its sad cause I actually think she is the owner.

Crystal is so nice and helpful, she explains everything very thoroughly and is a pleasure to talk to! I feel very confident and safe bringing my car here, everyone is very honest and straightforward. Will continue to bring my vehicle (and future vehicles) here as long as I can :)

T & C is by far the most honest garage I have gone to! As a single mother, with not a lot of money to spare, it is refreshing to be told when a repair can wait; rather than them insisting that everything is urgent. There have been many times when minor repairs have also been done for free or payment plans (with no interest) are offered for bigger unexpected repairs. Crystal is always friendly, caring and willing to help out wherever she can. I highly recommend this small town garage!

I would never go back to this place. I went to go change my tires they told me that I needed to change my brakes ASAP. Went back to Toyota they said my brakes were fine .

I am not sure why the previous person by the name of Stephanie, I believe wrote such a negative remark as in my experience this woman that she speaks of has been very professional every time I have brought my car to this place.This is absolutely the most Friendliest auto shop I have been too! The woman at the front desk is so knowledgeable, friendly and customer service oriented I have ever met. I have been and will continue to recommend this place to everyone I know seeking a mechanic.Way to go guys keep up the good work and I and my family will continue to bring our cars there.
