They did an amazing job, Mohsin was super honest, very nice, and easy to deal with. I needed a quote for screens on 3 units, he gave me a quote, but there was a miscommunication how many units, but he still honored the price he gave me. By this interaction I already knew I was dealing with a good company. I even made a mistake on my part with the color of the windows which changes the price but Mohsin made sure the cost difference was minimal! He came in on the weekend, measured all the windows and told us it would be about a week for the screens to be built. Once built Mohsin came in on the weekend and installed the screens perfectly. My experience was excellent! I was quoted a fair price for my window screens and shades. The service was 5 stars. Such a nice man and he cleaned everything up after. The installation needed up happening faster than first anticipated so I was thrilled!

Employee did not show up to measurements session for time-sensitive appointment. An attempt was made to coordinate a replacement, but the appointment window had passed.The scheduler's reason given was that the employee went to see ailing family without informing the owner that morning, which deflects responsibility to their employees.

Sun Window Blinds & Screens installed faux wood blinds and screens at my apartment three years ago. The products have worked perfectly to this day so I used the company again when I needed new roller blinds at my office.
