I can’t say enough good things about the Pawesome team, starting from the very first exchange with Teresa! We had to travel from the US with our dog for vacation, and Teresa helped put together a plan that allowed us sufficient coverage and flexibility to maximize our freedom. Our dog loved her caretakers, and so did we: Sebastian, Sofia & Melissa- thank you!!! I would recommend Pawesome to anyone who cares about getting loving, high-quality care for their fur baby. As a student Intern at PAWSOME Concierge located in Calgary, I have yet to try any of their offered services. However, the people that I work with, Matthews, Sofi, and Teresa, are such great fun people. They truly care about their staff and wants the best for their customers. The work done by the team is very thorough, and they are more than happy to guide their interns to meet their high standards. This team cares about the well-being of their staff and shows that they care about their clients a great deal. During my time with PAWSOME Concierge, I have learned so much in a fun environment that strives for high-quality work. Albane took such good care of our dog during our visit to Montreal. We were able to enjoy ourselves because we weren't stressed about leaving him alone and the whole process was so invaluable and convenient.

The team at Pawsome were cheerful, had amazing communication (sent us as many photo and video updates as possible!), and made us feel confident that Winston was well taken care up so we could enjoy our vacation. This was the first time we had been away from our pup for so long and they took such good care of Winnie, even sending him on a spa day on his last day so he came back to us relaxed and smelling amazing! Theresa clearly loves pets and her clients, would we work with her again in a heartbeat!
