Hello! We are the very very proud owners of the original Aspen. It has been 1.5 yrs since we have moved in and we can assure you, you will never find a builder that is as responsive as they are. They follow through on what they say in exceptional time, make themselves available at the drop of a dime and are there for the questions, which frankly, they don't need to answer 1.5 yrs later! Woodfield Design and Build create, in our opinion, the best home out there and make dreams come true. As I said, it's been a year and a half and we have had zero problems with the Aspen. It is an unequivocal home and a perfect reflection of the team behind Woodfield Design and Build. Five stars isn't a fair review for Woodfield Design and Build but it is all Google allows. Rick and Phil are magic, they deserve all the stars in the sky!

Phil and Rick are a team of visionaries ! I came across one of their initial builds and instantly knew I wanted to work with them to build my first custom home. I'm glad to share that it was one of the best decisions made. House was finished with excellent build quality, before time and it's a head turner ! Most definitely would love to work with this team again for my next project .

My husband and I were looking for options for our next home and I stumbled upon Woodfield Design. We were looking at their different design specs and decided to book a day for a walk through. We first met with Rick and took a walk through of the Aspen and got a sense of Woodfield's style which we fell in love with! Rick was very personable and made choosing Woodfield Design very easy! We went with the Blanco and once we got ready to start choosing all the custom finishes and any structural changes we sat down with Rick and also got to meet Phil who was very knowledgeable and friendly, they both helped make the design process smooth! We gave Phil and Rick a date to have our house finished by and it was done on time! We noticed the time and genuine care they put into their work with how communicative, responsive, and thoughtful they both were during the entire process. I am very glad that we went with Woodfield Design and would definitely recommend!

The process of building our home was a serendipidous one. As soon as we saw Woodfield's designs, we knew what we wanted. At the time, the locations available weren't perfect for us so we held off...every house we looked at afterwards kept being compared to Woodfield's. We found ourselves saying '...but it's not like that Woodfield home' over and over again. After losing 8 houses in the extremely competitive housing market, almost as our sign, it was announced that Woodfield Design + Build had secured lots in a subdivision that would be perfect for our family. We took a leap, reached out to Phil and Rick and haven't looked back! We love our home, our customizations and location. Phil and Rick were always forthcoming, honest and straight to the point. We really enjoyed working with them (even though it was through the pandemic). Every meeting was relaxed and enjoyable. Every custom detail was addressed. Every wish was granted. There are hiccups with everything, of course, but Phil and Rick were realistic and professional when dealing with the very few we encountered. Bottom line, these guys really care. Woodfield Design + Build - it was an easy choice for us. Out of all the builders we looked at, it was the original design that immediately drew my husband and I in, and we never looked back! Rick and Phil are both very professional and so nice. They let us walk through one of their Aspen model homes before we decided to build with them and that was originally the home we wanted to go with. However, Phil is a genius when it comes to building homes and with a little brainstorming and inspo pics, we pivoted to the colonial model (I think we are the first ones with this home so I was pretty excited about it). This is my second home build and my husband's third, so we have had other experiences to compare to. This build was a little different because it has all happened during covid. Timelines were interesting and many meetings were virtual - but it also gave us a lot of time to change our minds and add things! Unlike some other builders, we were able to add and customize literally anything we wanted and it was a lot of fun. By the time we were finished, Rick and Phil have become friends to us. They are both incredibly responsive as well - you can usually get a hold of at least one of them whenever you need. We are in love with our home and would choose Woodfield again in the future if we ever decide to build again. I am absolutely satisfied with the house built by Woodfield Design + Build. Their design work was amazing. Phil and Rick communicated with me throughout the building process and everything was done on schedule. The quality of work done is Phenomenal. I have dealt with many builders in the past and I can happily say that Phil and Rick have been the best builders I have ever come across. I felt very comfortable dealing with them.
