Even though both jobs were relatively uncomplicated and inexpensive, Ed made me feel that my requirements were important, and my jobs were handled promptly. He made the effort to squeeze both jobs in despite his busy schedule. Great attitude! Definitely recommend!

Ed and his crew were out to our place this week to redo our roof. We’re happy with how it turned out. Really good bunch of guys. Friendly and easy going. Fair pricing. Stuck to the quoted price even though the roof was maybe a bit more work than they’d planned on. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t hesitate to have them back. This company is not reliable. Specially Mr Ed, he seems he can get away from completing a satisfactory work. He claims our roof and siding is not longer under warranty and it's only 1 year, 1 month this April since he did the entire roof shingles and vinyl siding in our house.There were a lot of issues that were left unattended on the work he did on our house. Vents were not place in right area for connecting the ventilation pipe. Not only that vents were just put on top of the shingles with no /no proper installed. When we called Ed, to come and rectify all the issues left of his work. He said we no longer under warranty. And he refused to come and fix facia that has bubbles all over. This bubbling causes water to be retained inside hence, causing damage and eventually rotting the woods. .The vinyl siding, he refused to repair the short cut strips they done and left it like that. That's another concern for animals to get in there and also water which will cause damage. Mr Ed was contacted again in late March of this year via email, but till now he has ignored our emails.We don't understand why Ed, the owner of say reputable business, has chosen to treat us like This. Ignoring our rights as customers and threating us, saying that we no longer have warranty on the roof work. When we signed the contract work, there was two contracts. One for the roof, and a separate for the vinyl siding work. He should be complying with warranty service and fix the vinyl siding work at least!As consumer's we have rights.

Ed and his crew did a great job with the new roof installation. We were given a free estimate first with a good price quote, so we also decided to replace our gutters. All our questions and concerns were addressed.They were thorough professionals and the workmanship quality was top-notch.
